just a quick suggestion. around 8 minute mark, you were using the term "waiver" when it comes to flying in controlled airspace. This is very commonly misused. The correct term and document needed is a Certificate of Authorization (COA). a Waiver is something that waives or allows some part of Part 107 to be overruled, so to speak, and to operate in a very specific way. a COA is specific to airspace penetration, more specifically to controlled airspace. in other words, a "waiver" and a "COA" are very different. @11:02 Theft in construction is huge. If a builder hires a subcontractor and buys lumber and other materials but materials are disappearing faster than a structure is built, they will see materials lost and unaccounted for. If the subcontractor claims all the material is accounted for and nothing is missing, that's a problem. Likewise, if the subcontractor says it has already used up materials and claims the builder needs to buy more materials, volumetric measurements can show they do have the gravel or soil needed to finish the work instead of just taking for granted the word of the subcontractor.

At 22:25 you guys talk about software that allows you to take photos at the same location? What software allows this? I would love to be able to take the same shots of a construction site to compare each month. Thanks guys
