I got some ideas At mid day, if you're in the right place on the globe, shadows are directly beneath you. Maybe you can only see the keyhole during that time and date (like The Hobbit series). I don't think 2113 is a year, but an actual Street address, on "Year Avenue" or something like that. On the paper, the word Year is capitalized, making me think it's a noun of some kind.

The craziest easter egg hunt I've ever heard of was the Cipher Hunt. It started with a small one-second clip of a statue in the final episode of the show Gravity Falls. Then the shows creator revealed that the statue is real and hidden somewhere on Earth. What followed was a massive series of challanging clues hidden on all kinds of places, from the California Institute of Arts, to Russia and Japan. It was designed so that only the world wide fan-community of Gravity Falls could find all clues and that large groups must work together to solve them. It took weeks but in the end the statue was found. I couldn't participate personally but I followed it through livestreams and Twitter. It was one hell of an experience! XD

Unless the riddle isn't solved yet. "Sat" doesn't have to mean saturday and "Aug" doesn't have to mean August. Under the Eiffel tower doesnt have to mean the actual Eiffel tower. It could mean a smaller replica somewhere else. I also find it odd how deliberately they wrote "1st" instead of first but wrote out "One of Five" with words instead of numbers. The use of capital letters is also odd as well. Midday was the first word of the sentence, so it makes sense to be capital, but why capitalize "Five" and "Year." Why write "Midday" instead of noon or even 12:00. I also noticed a " . " immediately after "2113" yet its the only dot in the message. So is it meant to be a period to end a sentence or is it meant as a decimal. There could be another code hidden in the message that came with the keys. Perhaps it has to do with getting a set of coordinates from this message. The way its written seems too suspicious to mean that we are supposed to wait 90+ years for a specific day.

The whole easter egg is resolved anyways. There is no such thing as a jetpack or an alien egg. The locations in the small boxes are for the locations of the four hidden UFOs in the game, the alien being the UFO above the alien camp in Senora Desert, Jetpack being the UFO above the military base, the small alien being the one you see on top of mt Chilliad. Oh, those lightning rays? The weather conditions needed to see the 100% UFO on there. That's all there is to it, but people just... refuse to accept it.

the difference with modern games is that before if you wanted to include a secret you'd have to put everything the moment the game ships. Nowadays developers can just instantly patch a game to have some easter egg like they have done in GTA V, Portal, etc. The problem with the mount chiliad one in GTAV is that Take 2 is currently making lots of money with GTA online so they don't want to disturb that for the moment.

I'm glad it was #1 and it totally deserves it. But you forgot to mention that since there were only four keys found, and it said one of five keys, that one key was missing. It turned out that by putting certain obstacles in certain places in the level creator with the start and end in specific places, you were able to see under the ground in-game or something, and there was a hidden key, that once you clicked it, gave you an achievement called something like "The Fifth Key".
