I’ve been trying to get into yubel for couple of days. This is hands down the best guide especially for someone who is not that great at the game to begin with. Subscribed!

Nice vid! Its nice to have a guide for the majority of the combos listed out. Some quick comments/thoughts: - 5:36 (Throne starter) might play into nib a tiny bit worse here than going into yama first over cross sheep. If you make yama first instead of cross sheep, and then they nib, you at least have sharvara + squirmer in hand. You can extend by (1) making phantom of yubel (punishing the opponent if they don't nib on yama), (2) squirmer + token make cross sheep, (3) squirmer GY effect to summon spirit, (4) cross sheep summon lotus, (5) sharvara pop spirit & summon, (6)spirit summon yubel, (7) phantom + cross + yubel into 3 mat apo, (8) sharvara + lotus into rage, (9) sharvara set trap, (10), summon phantom. So you end on 3 mat apo + rage + unchained trap + phantom. Plus this line ends up being nib safe. If you make cross sheep and they nib on you on its summon, then you definitely miss the extra material to go into the 3 mat apo. - 14:50 combo with DBB -- you can send Sharvara for the gates cost to save a card in hand. You can make rage with yama + DBB

@@zzxxqq you are technically right, but since it only applies while on field i think you can just make rage first, then appo

For that Spirit + Pain line you could have gone for Cross-Sheep instead of Yama. Make Phantom with Terror and Yubel in grave, Cross-sheep revive grave squirmer, Phantom + GS, into Yama. Yama search Sharv, GS in grave revive Spirit setting Eternal Favorite. Sharv pop Spirit specialing itself and Yubel on a new chain. Now you can use Yubel + Sharv for Rage + Escape, Yama + Cross-Sheep for two mat Apollousa. And Yubel + Spirit in grave for another Phantom. Much better than turboing out Yama in terms of ceiling but probably worse into a well timed Nibiru.

Replacement effects are interesting. They're technically better than negates since not only do they get around negation immunity, in most cases the effect you're replacing does something that's actually BENEFICIAL in top of that, like letting you destroy or discard a card of your choosing(and are pretty much always Designed to work with archetypal floating effects for these kinds of self-inflictions). ACTIVATED replacement effects are generally vulnerable to chain blocking and reactive monster negation though, so despite often acting as "super negates", they're not quite AS powerful as the passive ones(effects such as Dingirsu's detatch vs. ANY form of Destruction, which can act multiple times if material allows for it and also often gets used to set a banished machine it added on summon to GY, which is not limited to Orcust or even DARK Machines).

Always ! Its nothing compared to all the help you give us with master duel ! ❤ I have a question regarding evenly matched.. After making my full Yubel board that i can, i face nearly each game someone using evenly matched ! (Its so common now after Yubel released and i dont know why !) Anyway, what is the best card to leave on the field and how do you continue from there ? Lost plenty of games because of evenly sadly !

There’s a combo with DBB and Spirit of Yubel that ends on a Muckraker and Knightmare Gryphon and Unchained Soul of Rage.

When do you make gryphon? I can't find a good line for it
@ccjl91606 ай бұрын
You usually need 1 more body of extension to be able to get Muckraker out. Use Muckraker to bring back Yama towards the end of a 2-card combo and summon an additional Phantom as needed. You also gotta pay attention to your zones - probably why it's not in this video. If you wanna practice it, the Gates+Throne combo makes it uninterrupted if you can find one more special summon over the course of your turn

When do you use Anguish?
@Dr.Moogle6 ай бұрын
If you drew it, you can use it to pop a Yubel that needs to go. If you searched it from Yama. You pop anything you can afford to and then link it away with Yama for the Blue dog.
@pnusern5 ай бұрын
@@Dr.Mooglei think you mixed up anguish and and sharvara. You use anguish (red dog link 3) to remove opponents monster and link into accesscode or other link4 to finish the game. Edit: corrected some typos

why dont more people run piri reis map? is the deck that consistent with 1 card combos without it?
@shen.daniel6 ай бұрын
I think it's just ok. Yes it's a starter, but beyond that it's a dead draw after turn 1. By playing maps you're also cutting down non engines (40 card deck), which are not completely useless post first turn.
@Ruby_Mullz6 ай бұрын
Please never play squirmer at 2, it is one of the best cards in the deck. It’s kirin but somehow better since it extends better and the pop is optional. U can dodge handtraps. I would seriously suggest trying piri rise map, u always DBB + lotus when playing it no joke.
@asole1006 ай бұрын
I play it at 2 because I rather open Lotus instead of that card but I also play that spell you're talking about @x3
