Honestly, watching Monty and his Human Pet adventures is a great way to spend my working day. I sit and listen to your journey and keep watching to see what you are doing. I'm two and a half hours in and loving every second. Bleh to people complaining about your crocs, you wear what you want and do things your way, as you should. That's what makes your videos so refreshing, you guys are just being you, nothing more and nothing less, showing your love for the outdoors, each other and your dogs. Monty is awesome! My son, who suffered trauma previously and now has depression and anxiety because of it, finds your videos relaxing and he wants to get out there and try a bit of camping/bushcraft himself, so you have value in the World all the way to here on the North Norfolk Coast, England. So hi from us Brits! Oh and my other son also has psoriasis. He ignores it and gets on with his life too!

I love long videos bc it shows me how parts of the world I have not traveled look like. So if I ever go there I'll know what to look for and what to expect. Your videos are different than other long videos bc you include your dog in every episode. I'm a dog lover and I see you love Monty very much. But one suggestion please don't let him swim that long bc they do get leg cramps just like humans bc I had a dog almost drown by letting him swim behind me kayaking. Thank God I heard him yelping. Monty my HERO!! Always faithful and so adorable. Don’t let Monty lag too far behind. I started watching your channel for a winter camping proxy experience. I live in Texas, and although I do make it to cooler climates on occasion, I haven’t yet had the opportunity to venture out into the backcountry during a snowstorm and certainly don’t have regular access to local birch bark. I’ve had chronic dermatitis (eczema) for as long as I can remember. (I guess that’s why it’s classified as chronic. Haha!) After you shared a similar experience in this video with what I am all too familiar with, I connected even more with your channel. I have started wearing a bucket hat when I go hiking in the mountains and it is really hot. The terms "sand fleas" or "sand flies" are often used interchangeably, and actually includes insects and some small crustaceans. They like the shorelines and cooler parts of the day and after rain. The treatment for bites is similar to other insect bites, cortisone creams , etc. However, oatmeal baths work as well!!! I know how you love your oatmeal. Lol

Beautiful scenery throughout, and it's also cool to see all the wildlife you come across. Hey Matthew and MONTY, I dud the poll that you put up regarding length of videos. Somehow I missed this series and just finished part 1 on to Part 2 now. Starting my weekend right with a M&M marathon. Which is how my daughter thats hooked on your videos as well refer to you. Yep you guys are the M&M show!! Haha . But my comment is that you do a great job of keeping the longer videos fun and entertaining. I mean who doesnt want to end Part 1 of your favorite youtube series with the host kickin it in his Fruit of the Looms!!! Hahaha. Jk. I dont blame you I do the same thing after a long day of Bushcraft activities and crappy humidity. Honestly the length of your videos does not matter to me because Im usually so busy laughing at your stand up act while in the canoe I lose track of how long it was to begin with.
