Love this video! Great share! Fun Fact: Macon's 1842 Inn is the elegant little B&B that housed Oprah Winfrey (among other famous talent) when she did her Favorite Things Show in 2007 or 2008. They have a whole wall of celebs! It's also a great place to kick back and relax if you're just passing through! Hey! I've volunteered and performed on the stage at Theatre Macon when Jim Crisp was literally running the shows & theatre! So many fun little things to do and places to eat! Come check us out!

Is Macons downtown safe. Hotel 45 what's it like, honest answer , me and my wife plan to visit in falll

Downtown Macon has some great entertainment. Bars restaurants and breweries all over the place. I do not specifically know anything about hotel 45 but I do know a couple people that states downtown Macon and did not have a problem

It should be safe during the daylight hours. It’s probably ok at night but the issue with Southern cities is that there’s a lot of empty areas at night where it can be easy for a criminal to hide which is why I avoid night life in southern cities and prefer night life in the busier cities outside of the south.

@@LivingInWarnerRobins yeah it is but as far as moving there....ehhh unless you have an online job or somethin its best to hit warner robins first . downtown macon has good stuff and the Indian mounds is the best area to walk in my opinion too.
