Keep up the great work! Pilates is always a great one to repeat and improve on weekly! You will be amazed with what you can do as you consistently show up and make it part of your routine each week!!

My post natal journey recently brought me to Pilates....LOVE it so much. The only thing I have stuck to since injuries to knees and hip replacement (dancer). Oh by the way...my baby is now 26! lol! Better late than never@

Wow! I loved this workout! I am feeling it today in my my lower abs, arms and legs! I had to laugh when you said you did Windsor pilates and Tae-Bo in high school because those were my exact workouts in high school too! I am loving all of these post partum workouts so much! Thank you for providing them!!
