Informative.. and main thing is weight loss main ap sub kuch kha skty hain.. but portion main😊 is say b apka bht acha weight loss hota... Or dry fruit m apny kya kya use kya h?

You right portion control is best rather than crush dieting... I used Almonds, walnuts, raisin, pistachio
