Heartbreaking 💔 I remember watching this case a year or two ago when this happened. Just so so sad and such a terrible thing done to her. Thank god for modern technology such as cameras, snapchat, and other clues that were left behind and helped solve her murder.

If someone would've taken his threats seriously when he made them, perhaps Trystan would still be with us. I don't know. Maybe not...but he had obvious problems. Hindsight is dismaying.

As an older sister, I can only imagine the pain and shift in family dynamics that the selfish piece of s*** caused when he stabbed Tristyn. I don't know if it's just me, but I feel that Tristyn's name should be in the title of this video. All too often the victim's names go unknown and forgotten, whereas the perpetrator's names are plastered everywhere and hard to forget. Well done to her family and best friend for their victim impact statements. I know all too well that they are very difficult to get through, but each of them were great. Rest in Peace, Tristyn Bailey.

@@flyonthewall8122 Why is this all too familiar.. These killers tell others, more than once even, and it's always, "I didn't think he was serious!" If it's even said jokingly, THEY NEED TO TELL THEIR PARENTS and let the parent handle or tell the school, even anonymously! You would think, by now, as many school shootings and hearing the, "I didn't think they were serious," it would sink in by now, TELL SOMEONE!!

Honestly, as much as I feel for the victim’s family and the horrific tragedy that came upon their family and precious innocent loved one, the statements they are making to the killer are turning him on, giving him pleasure, honoring him because this is how the reverse universe thinks. Seriously, are they expecting him to have a pang of sympathy or empathy? I wish I could be hired to give the statements because it wouldn’t be about the “feelings and impacts” upon the family, which only makes a sadistic psychopath laugh, it would be a psychological dismantling of the killer, stripping him naked emotionally, and a full explanation as to the “why” he did it and where he goes from there forever. I would crush him to bits with the truth about himself, a big brutal mirror. RIP in Heaven poor little Tristyn, sweet little girl, God forever comfort your soul.

I agree..it is sad that "victim impact statements" have become the norm... Psychos DO get off on it.... BUT I can see that they have a persuasive effect of juries and judges....but it is more than a little creepy knowing he is LOVING it.
