It was odd that the parents, who were retiring and moving to Florida, decided to take their unemployed daughter and her jobless boyfriend with them. The situation became even more chaotic when the daughter started dating someone new and brought this new partner into the house, despite knowing her ex's unstable behavior. It seems like the parents would have been better off enjoying their retirement without this added drama."

What an odd comment and quite beside the point.
@flerrrrrrrrrrrp299711 күн бұрын
Well the grandson was non-verbal and diagnosed on the Autism spectrum and most jobs don't pay enough to cover specialized daycare for these children, so it's more cost-effective to have a parent quit their paid job and become the full-time caretaker than it is to need to pay for full-time childcare while the parent is at work (and then have to pay income tax on that salary when the income tax doesn't cover basic social services such as free specialized childcare and healthcare for Autistic children that would allow you to not have to pay most of your income in childcare, so the service delivery doesn't make any sense whatsoever). It's probably why their daughter was "unemployed": she was very much working, her job just wasn't paid. She lived with her parents to save money and her parents included her and their grandson in their new life out of necessity for their livelyhood.

Do US courts ask jurors in death penalty states if they are ok with the death penalty being enforced in a trial they are appointed to?
@scarlettapplejaxsaj176711 күн бұрын
Yes, they do. It’s a fairly standard question, something along the lines of: “would you have a problem convicting someone of this crime if the death penalty is an option with sentencing,” kind of thing. A lot of potential jurors are weeded out this way. And f course, they are also asked if they would have a problem with sentencing someone to the death penalty.

That was dumbest defense I’ve ever heard. I’m amazed the 🤡 defense did an interview, lmao. Also, f that one trash juror

That juror should be ashamed. Death penalty is not about revenge. Its about protecting the rest of us from dangerous monsters

My brother was in the same prison with him before this guy got transferred to another prison due to a gang trying to murder him lol i even talked to this guy on one of my phone calls from my brother and asked him if he felt remorseful for putting his son through that,but he felt he was justified in what he done🤷♀️He told my brother what he did and he thought it was funny. He planned it all and everything he did to those poor people was worse than what was said at his trial.

And I guess you people didn't feel like letting the authorities and prosecutor know...

If this is even true, you make it sound like it's something to be proud of?! 🤷🏻♀️ So you spoke to a mass murderer for shits and giggles and then didn't inform anyone? Did your brother bother to tell authorities? I call BS on this comment.

@@tracyH1250all jails calls are recorded and heavily monitored. This man didn’t need to tell, the authorities instantly knew almost as he was saying it. He spoke to him after he was already tried and convicted, he can’t be tried again so I’m not even sure who he would tell? I appreciated this comment because it gave me a glimpse into what this man is actually thinking and saying to people in jail and I’m glad he said it, trying to admonish him is just lame and discouraging for others who would also speak out.

@AlisonBeautifulSavage letting the authorities know what,he's already in prison🤷♀️

@samsalamander8147 Thankyou,that's just the reason i wanted to speak to him,to see if he had remorse,which he didn't. I told my little brother since he was bunk mates with him to please be careful and not make this guy angry cause I was worried about him,because of what this guy did. I was so glad when he got transferred because i didn't have to worry as much but there are always others that will take his place. I pray when my brother gets out,he stays out of trouble because prison is truly a scary place.

“Police can’t find him, so they suspend their search…since there are no more 911 calls [MERELY] over the next week.” THEY COULD’T ACTUALLY ASK HER if she was still afraid and wanted him found!? Only a week after that encounter!? Police, systematically, truly do not GAF about the safety of women.

Senseless.....selfish.....if he really cared AT ALL about his son, he wouldn't have taken those 4 people from him. Now he'll probably go into solitary confinement so no one will hurt him in prison because heaven knows we want this murderer safe.

Stop talking and ask for an attorney you never let them question you without an attorney present
