Guys perspective: 1. Tools 2. Vacuum sealer for food 3. Good clothes to look respectable in 4. An everyday watch (samsung smart watch for me) and a cheap nice watch for special occasions 5. A Deep Freezer for... 6. A half cow for good meat 7. Date night amd family night money Not in any specific order

@@just_a_guy13 I like your list - yes tools, yes clothes (people tend to buy too many) the watch I bought a good one in Switzerland as my fiancé had a good one…. (I do love it bought 24 years ago) but a digital one with timer For less than $200 would have been more useful. I bought a Second hand deep freezer a Few years ago…. The best! Keep extra food and Meals, the person I bought it for Kept the half a Cow in it. (I am vegetarian) Money so can spend time with people! Thermomix so I can make things from scratch with ease. Purchased 12 years ago.

1) Half cow is spot on. Got one right before Covid hit and had meat for the year! 2) Master Bath remodel to Spa Standards. 3) Tools indeed. 4) I get discounted prepaid Haircut cards and load them with at least 10 haircuts. Give them as gifts to my sons. 5) Nice pants and shirts that last for 5+ years 6) I really nice bicycle that you love riding it.

I bought a "colour analysis", to find out which colours suited me best. Since then I've sold/given away lots of clothes that simply made me look drained and I haven't bought anything I haven't liked. Truly recommend. I love feeling energised by colour. Another thing I love is a nice warm scarf in the winter and a nice perfume. It just feels so luxurious, even if you are walking in the dead of the night towards your car to start a gruelling long work shift! And finally, I buy apple products (phone and computer). They last me ages, I'm on my second laptop in 10 years and I've had my I phone 7 for 5 years.

I got an Ilse Jacobsen raincoat, mid calf length, about 9 years ago. I get to work by train, standing on a platform exposed to wind and rain coming off the Atlantic, and go past a number of large potholes that bus drivers love to splash pedestrians with on the walk from the train to the office. That coat was fantastic until I needed a larger one (middle age spread), and the replacement is 3 years old now and still perfect. Dry shoulders,, dry head, dry legs and only sometimes needing to change shoes is great. I’m now based in rainy Brussels and have a lot of walking to do and it’s perfect to keep me dry and properly presentable for business. And my original is packed away safely to come out again when my efforts in the gym start to pay off.

My 1st house! I kick myself for not doing it sooner because that led to the purchase of my next house, which comes with acres of opportunity without the mortgage!! 💸🎉❤ I was looking at properties studying Real Estate for almost a decade before I purchased. And there are 3 properties I literally lock myself for not buying over that time - lessons learned. But it wouldn’t have been the right time for me with those, so I can appreciate it and apply the lesson to my future, which is currently looking well homed at a property that could easily become generational wealth. 😅 But the 1st and spend 5-10 years fixing it up slowly… what you sell it for could be worth almost twice the purchase price, more if you stay longer and really go nuts fixing it up. Building equity. ❤🎉

Great idea for a post. Things that are truly worth the money! The Total Gym, also dumbbells and resistance bands for variety. Bought it in 2019, still use it 3-4 x a week. The older you are, the more it will help. Books, too many to mention. Then I enjoy passing them on to the next person. Local nursing homes and assisted living facilities are usually looking for these. Jean jackets in several colors. Never go out of style last forever if you don't put them in the dryer. SUV with 4 wheel drive. I bought mine late model used in 2017, it has never needed significant repairs. Dental insurance. Cleanings twice a year are not optional. My root canal was covered this year and not as bad as you may have heard, Perfume samples or full bottles, usually under 25 dollars. Then I have the fun of giving away, Interleaved Bible. Every other page is blank for notes. Then you get to use colored pens and various inexperienced Bible journaling supplies. KZbinrs got me started.
