Yes, after 17 years with me, the last of my three siamese jewels passed away. This was nine months ago. Looking at everyone's KZbin films of their experiences, I can add that they were as every bit that is shown. I suppose a part of me went with them. I cannot have any more yet because I work very long hours ,seven days a week. Needless to say that I miss them and their antics and perpetual talking. Those of you who have siamese cats, you'll never want any other type of cat again. My time with them was very precious. My late wife was right - she had the foresight to know that they are the best. Thank goodness she persuaded me..........and we all had lovely years together as a family. Thank you for sharing films.

every animal that you allow in your heart has the ability to break your heart. all animals will probably die before you do, but just love, no one is guaranteed time so just appreciate, my little Gollem was never meant to live, I saved him the vets declared him unsaved but he lives today, pretty sure he is deaf but he is happy loved and comfortable xxxx

3 Applehead Meezers here….18, 5 and 2. Two Seals and One Choco. Inevitably we will lose all 3 eventually but we will love them very much until then. So playful, smart, vocal, & full of personality.

I’m sorry. It’s a devastating loss. I lost my tiny chocolate point two years ago to cancer. She was only nine, and her brother was inconsolable. I adopted two little feral black kittens to give him the cat company he needs, and he settled down again almost immediately. Baxter sounds like quite a character, and I’m sure you’ll always miss him.

Yes, a dog, a cat and a little monkey all in one! I call my 17 year old seal point Bailey "aapje" or "mijn kleine aapje", Dutch for little monkey, as he often clings to me like one. He also embraces me, one paw on my left shoulder and one paw on my right one😍

I have had the joy of having a Siamese cat twice in my life. There are no other cats like them. I love hearing what they have to say. My Siamese boy was apparently abused by his first owner. I have to be very careful about playing with him because he will suddenly turn and bite. He’s still a joy to have around. My girl Siamese I raised from 6 weeks old. We had a very close bond. She passed away at 14 years of age from a blood clot that went to her heart. It’s 3 years later and I miss her every day. She talked a lot and slept on my head. My boy doesn’t talk, but I understand his non verbal signals. Life is better with a Siamese cat. ❤️

Beautiful kitty! Look at those eyes! Owner of 4 apple heads here, all sealpoint, two sets of twins - the older 5yo set is boy and girl, the younger 2 yo set are girls. One very chatty little girl and the others chime in from time to time. At this point in my life they will be my last young kittens/cats but it’s a joy to have them in my life! I may take in older Siamese later on-I can’t imagine not having meezers in my life, tbh.

I have a Lilac Lyxn Point Siamese and I love her so much! She had been abused and abandoned by her old owners one winter. I was out walking and she followed me home. She goes on walks walks with me, chases away dogs and snakes, alerts me to fire hazzards, and is an emotional support when I have panic attacks. Such a beautiful, intelligent, protective, and loving breed.

I had a siamese cat that i rescued from the streets. When i found him he was barely born a little baby and he was all beat up because he was homeless. I rescued him and kept him at my moms house where i mostly took care of him and when I was gone my family looked out. He was my best friend the most noble and loyal pet i ever had. When he passed away it felt like a piece of me died we spent every minute we could together. I hope he is waiting for me in heaven because i miss him so much

Interesting, my Siamese traditional (also known as an "Applehead") had a darker face than most. Some people thought she may have had Burmese in her but a Siamese expert said she was a pure Siamese after seeing her picture. Sadly she passed away last month😢

I walk my siamese too. It's a lot if work as we have three. We had a large outdoor catio built for them with bridges/platforms etc for them that they can go in and out of at free will. They are our family. They give us SO much pure joy. If you get oneof these cats they will be like your shadow. They will need A LOT of attention, care, love and interaction. They are highly intelligent and get lonley, sad, bored, anxious, excited, etc. Please do your research before getting a pet. Yes, they are pretty, but a huge responsibility. They Live a long time, over 20 years with great care. Which is what all of these dear ones should get. Even if they are not loud as kitten, they can get loud with age. They can also become destructive when bored. They want your attention. You are all they have. They don't have television, phones, hobbies, etc. They have you. They also need toys. They love to play fetch. If you walk them on a harness, (if they like it), please make sure they go to the vet, are given Frontline, Heartworm protection, etc from mosquitoes. Beware of other cats, animals, birds of prey. Do not go on sidewalks or near roads. The cats get spooked by noises and could come out of their harnesses! Wait to get a kitten when your children are older. Put your cats or cat in a quiet, calm bedroom with food, water, and litter when you have company, a party, or work being done on your home. These cats can get stressed.

I got my sweet boy Skylee while I was in a VERY dark place in my life. I deal with a lot of mental health issues and I don’t think that I would be here today if it wasn’t for Him. We got adopted by a stray Siamese cat. He just showed up at our door. I tried to deny him. I told my family that we couldn't support another cat. Try as I might, he wouldn't leave. He's officially been moved in for over a year now and I freaking love him! He's so loving and sweet. He talks my ears off if I have been gone for any length of time. The two males were called 'Boots', 'Scamps' and the female was called 'Sapphire.' It is difficult to explain what they meant to me.

We just recently put my Service Cat who WAS a NON CERTIFIED SERVICE CAT down on Dec 10 2021. Zoey was a SEAL POINT SIAMESE who made sure that I always checked my Sugar Level(I'm HYPOGLYCEMIC) and would smack me when my Vertigo was about to kick in. She taught our Grey Tabby how to look after me. Siamese are VERY INTELLIGENT. No we did not train Zoey to be a Service Cat. She picked up on what was wrong with me within 3 months. I have heard LOTS of people say that Siamese are DUMB. I know that they are not. My Grandma had a CHOCOLATE POINT(or was she Seal Point?) Siamese that protected me when I was an infant way back in the 1970's.
