What area would you look at if you don’t want the smell of the Factory, but want to be close to Shopping. #1, Downtown within 10 to 15 minutes, Ford Idaho Center within 20 minutes and the freeway within 10 minutes? Is this doable?

Are you talking about the sugar beet factory? If so, yes! Very doable.

@@hahafalseflag5090 There is a sugar beet factory located in Nampa. Smell is super subjective. Most of my clients who live out there don't smell anything overpowering most of the year, but others can absolutely not stand it. I always recommend spending some time in the areas around it while you are in town to make your call.
