Have you ever tried "metal rescue" or "evaporust"? Those things are a miracle for parts you can submerge. Rust just goes away!

Just brilliant! Mechanics and comedy are spot on, plus that drill set up is mint. Way to end on a cliff hanger, I have my fingers crossed that it fires up first go 🤞 What takes longer - the bike stuff, the filming stuff or the editing?

Definitely the editing. I’d estimate this one was about 30 hours editing time. Things like sorting music to make sure it fits properly and colour grading take a fair chunk of it! I do the intro/outro bits in the evening once everything’s done so they just slot in.

there's to screws/plugs in each side of the engine to drain the coolent out of the engine itself

I need to get the gas tank off. I notice three tubes that go to the petcock. Does the petcock have to be removed first?

From memory, there should be one fuel line to the petcock, an electrical connection for the fuel level sender, and the drain hose that comes out of the back under the seat. But generally as long as the tap is set to off, you should be able to remove these and lift the tank with the tap in place
