Hi Pastor John, I definitely can appreciate the first thing you describe with battle songs. Battle songs can really invigorate the spirit to prepare for that spiritual battle. When I was reading Isaiah today I actually read through Isaiah 30:32 "And in every place where the staff of punishment passes, Which the Lord lays on him, It will be with tambourines and harps; And in battles of brandishing He will fight with it." I see this verse really giving a backbone to your first suggestion but certainly all 7 suggestions you gave are valid. Praise God for your faithfulness and knowledge He has entrusted to you!
