Yes,very very painful .It's not easy when I know that the narcissist has influenced everyone to believe that I am the bad one and responsible for our bad relationship.
@StoicPathways2814 күн бұрын
It’s truly painful when others distort the truth and make you feel like you’re the one at fault. However, you have every right to protect yourself and not let anyone make you feel guilty for things you didn’t do. The important thing is to remember that the truth will eventually come to light, and you will find peace when you stop letting this manipulation affect your emotions and life. Stand firm in your self-respect and determination, because you deserve to live a life that is free and filled with happiness

I am finished with relationships. This one taught me I cannot trust anyone. I spent the last 6 years thinking that person he was when I met him was real. That's terrifying.

I understand the feeling of being caught up in these toxic relationships. Narcissists are very subtle and manipulative, and they know how to make us feel guilty, insecure, and sometimes dependent on them. But you are not a 'fool' or a 'sucker'. The important thing is that you have recognized the manipulation and are now taking steps to break free from this toxic cycle. Remember, you have the power to change and protect yourself. Every small step you take brings you closer to the freedom and happiness you truly deserve

Victims of Narcissistic Abuse have some of these characteristics too, but we have empathy (for everyone except the perpetrator!) The one I just left killed my cat and turned me into a slave for 6 years (he's disabled, my non-paying duties were very comprehensive.) I am certainly warning his friends. I can play a game too! I have no ego, I don't even understand exactly how supply gets transferred scientifically, but he drained me for over 5 years. I'm just mad that he destroyed so much of my life. He targeted me on a dating site for a relationship of suffering. He's diabolical; I'm seeking justice.

This is truly a heartbreaking story, but you are incredibly strong for recognizing the signs and starting to fight back. Becoming aware of the manipulation and taking action to protect yourself is such an important step. While the pain he caused may never be undone, you’ve chosen not to let it control your life anymore. Seeking justice and refusing to let this manipulation define you is an act of great courage and is truly admirable. You deserve a life free from toxic influence and full of love.

@@StoicPathways28 I'm fairly well-armed in fighting back. I've been fighting a narc family for nearly 60 years and I recently dispatched them all by exposing the sexual abuse I suffered at a very young age by two family members. I am now NC with my entire family and I've walked away. I am satisfied with the outcome. I have my closure. 😊 The narc romantic partner who turned me into a slave deserves my wrath. I am currently turning the tables on him. Thank you for the tips. 👍

The coward is not useful in the first place. I am waiting for the time he is gone. I told him, as soon as he leaves, there's no way I will take him back. These narcissists are not the marrying kind. They don't know what married life is. Good luck to the new supply if he has one. Thank you for taking over, I will say. To the flying monkeys. I don't give a damn about the bastards.

This is why we need mental health education in schools so that we can navigate our eay through life with safety.
@StoicPathways289 күн бұрын
mental health education in schools is absolutely crucial. When we understand mental health issues from an early age, we are better equipped to protect ourselves from the potential dangers of life and more easily recognize signs of manipulation and harm. Let’s continue to advocate for a learning environment where mental health is valued and emphasized, as it will help future generations live healthier, happier, and more confident lives.

It’s important to recognize the signs early and take steps to protect yourself. You deserve to be in an environment where you're respected, valued, and free from manipulation. That's Exactly THE MOMENT when I'm DONE with Any modicum of emotional attachment to the LIAR. And when you don't have to chase them off - BONUS EASY LIVING! Consider yourself Lucky! Last Days - as so many in society believe LYING IS OK. It is Not OK - God said so! God identified it as Satanic/O/T Bible... what more does one need to know? Oh Happy Day when a NARC decides you will not cooperate in creating their WEB OF MISERY and Leaves without violence... to find someone who will do their dirty works! Just say NO TO A LIAR - save yourself the trouble of it! Pray for them if you feel generous.

This is quite a complex situation and can understandably be frustrating. Narcissists often twist the story to make themselves the victim or pull others into their manipulative games. Recognizing the manipulation and lies of a narcissist is crucial. Don't let them pull you into these false narratives. Inner peace and protecting yourself from manipulation are things you absolutely deserve. You’re doing great, and continue to stay strong in your belief in yourself! 🌟
