Great video! Today, I had someone ask me if I'm still driving the same car. 2010 Altima. I said yes and explained I'm buying stocks to create another income source. I'm completely debt free including no mortgage and I'm a landlord. You would be surprised at the people who look down on me for living a modest lifestyle!

I agree in all the signs given, and I would just like to add some points in the topics about debt or loans, while a lot of people acquire loans in order to increase their net worth through by investing said loan and earning interest from it, not all of us are capable of pulling it through that technique or idea, and may impede success, rather than help.
