I take hitting lessons for extra practice and he gave me a few of these drills and they were hard to catch on but about 30 minutes in I caught on and felt really good about my swing so just trust the process

I saw the description and thought I would se a bunch of Bs. There is a lot of good info here. One thing that was helpful for me is keeping things simple and getting the front foot down early so you can adjust or drive through the mistake pitch

thank you some great content. However i want to ask a question. How long should the pvc pipe be? My son is 10 and is about 60" tall. He uses a 30" bat. I would love to get him started on some of these drills I just dont know what to get in terms of length.

@@YouGoPro No, not at all. Any suggestion that way was my poor wording, not his behaviour. I just meant that he's one of the most respected hitting coaches in the game, and his approach is much different. Probably should have just kept my mouth shut.
