I don't really understand why everyone should wash their faces in the morning. If you have really oily skin even by the time you wake up from your sleep, fine, of course. But naturally, you go to bed with clean face, and it won't get dirty while you're just sleeping, right? (that's why I always and only take a shower in the evening every day) I change my pillowcase every two days. I don't sweat whatsoever. I used to rinse my face only with luke warm water in the morning, but I don't even do that anymore. I've heard others say the same thing about their routine (Dr Dray). I'm not trying to argue, I'm just really interested in the whole topic, and not washing my face both in the morning and evening makes more sense to me. But if anyone has a different opinion and can explain it to me, I'm curious!

1. Wash face morning and evening (food acid wash form) 2. Sunscreen every single day.(pigmentation, redness, wrinkles) 3. Apply antioxidant serum in morning( against pollution and radicals) like vitamin c, soy protein. Prefer serum that are super light and not sticky. 4. Quit smoking. 5. Stop popping pimples or blackheads. 6. Stress less. 7. Eat healthy. Don't have food quickly just for sake. Take time and enjoy meal. Chew 30 times.

Very useful video. Thankyou Dr. Liv. Can you please share how to get rid of uneven skin tone n make it even. As my forehead appears darker compared to the remaining facial skin. Also, can you share a skincare routine to be followed for whole body. Thankyou.

Hello! So glad you posted another video! I was missing them! I'm sorry, but I didn't quite understand what serums you recommend. Could you write down the names? And make a video explaining how to use them? You are great! I love all your videos!

The real secret is intense desire of enjoying every moment of life..youthfulness is from the inside and so is aging..if our happiness level is less we tend to wilt and die sooner. Thats what our subconcious mind tells our body to do.
