For me there are many things I do on a regular basis to feel sexy -have a simple but effective morning routine (protein rich breakfast, cold shower, washing and moisturizing the face...) -only drinking water -full body Calisthenics workouts 3 times a week -going for a walk every day to stay active -choosing exercises that burn alot of calories during the workout(rope jumping, burpees, explosive push ups, muscle ups, handstand walks...) -doing sauna and solarium once a week -maintaining you haircut -Cheatmeals only on the weekends All in one we can see that in order to look good you have to put work in it and get a routine that is simple and effective. Don't get lazy and maintain it, me personally I already have a good amount of muscle mass so I focus more on fat burning rather than muscle building to keep my low bodyfat percentage.

I once used to watch alex costa,alpha m,tmf etc. I was really redpilled as well until one day i had a wake up call. You can say god guided me. I saw david goggins before but never took him seriously. I just randomly woke up one day and decided to listen to one of the podcast he was featured in. It was the lewis howes one. I was 16 at the time. So i applied his principles. And that changed my life. I no longer prioritized women but i didnt hate them. Quite the opposite, i started loving the feminine energy more. Because i was so brainwashed by all these outside influences i lost myself. Now i just focus on myself. And this is what gave me peace and happiness. It’s not comfortable but im happy. Now i’m 17 about to turn 18 in a month. I’m just a totally different human being. I went from a shy introverted slightly overweight kid that used to eat under the school staircases alone to a cool guy at school. Every guy in school greets me brofists and stuff made a lot of good friends. A lot of girls make eye contact with me. Like im somebody you’re gonna fall in love with. Because i made such a great vibe around myself and being authentic and honest and just pursuing my purpose. Keep your life simple y’all. Get mentally and physically healthy. Don’t over complicate your dressing. God gave you brains use it. Only you know whats gonna look good on you. And overall just enjoy people and life. Nobody belongs to you. Even your girlfriend. She’s committed to you but she’s not your belonging. Just work hard and have fun[ and btw by having fun i dont mean fucking your brain up by using your phone and attend fucked up parties. Go bike racing or something. Spend time with your parents,friends or partner]
