So excited for you ❤ I had a similar experience when I met my husband - he was a pilot in the Air Force (and the same rank) as my grandfather, who I was very close to before he passed away in 2002. I also had a dream about 10 years prior to meeting my husband that I fell in love with a military pilot. My grandfather was the only military person in our whole family so it was not like I grew up surrounded by the military or anything like that. Anyway, I’m excited to hear more about your new guy!! 😊

Congratulations on a great first date. The last man I had a great first date with…I married. We were together for 7 or 8 years before we wed but we were engaged after the first year. Been together 22 years now. I to felt very comfortable with him, totally different type of guy than I usually went for. I was married prior and have two children and was single for 20 years. Instead of falling in love with another guy, I found a gentleman. He had no children but when my kids gave us grandchildren he was Papa and I’m Mimi. I hope you find someone as wonderful as I did. Hi Heather, I am so happy for you. I believe that when some blessing is our way God always gives us signs. When I booked my civil wedding date with my husband they gave me the same date my parents got married. My parents have been married for 50 years together. This was not a pre-arranged thing, it is them, the commune, who tell you when the date will be, we had literally no power or say on it. But God is great. I agree with most of your suggestions- I love the white outfit - you and your friend look tasteful in 95% of the styles- but disagree on the Bettyboob platform heels, faded jean miniskirts and overly trendy giant flare jeans- it dates older woman-they look like they are trying too hard to recapture teenager years with teenager clothes.
