I have to say you guys are so funny together! I enjoy watching your videos! I don't like exercise, as I am a barber literally standing behind a chair 13 hours a day with my arms in the air, so you can imagine how tired I am , however I am 55 years old and no "spring chicken" not old but not young anymore . I came across your videos because of my posture getting poor , I looked up how to help your poster actually looking for a brace with no success, I Fortunately came across you video on "using a sock" and doing snow angels, well , then I'm watching more of your videos I put together a "stretching routine. I faithfully, for the first time in my life look forward to waking up early in the morning before work and after work stretching ! I feel fabulous! Thank you so much for taking your time to you tube these wonderful stretches! I feel like a new woman! It really makes my work day more pleasant not having the pain I had . Can you please do a segment for Barbers" standing with their arms in the air ? I would love to incorporate more stretches to my already wonderful routine to help Barbers . Again thank you ! You saved my life ! Sincerely, Dawn

Also, Vitamin D deficiency is a big one. I had really bad endurance for years after I moved to the UK, and it turns out it was because my Vitamin D was really really low (which affects like Calcium absorption and also immunity and stuff). Amazing how much better I felt after I got my levels to normal... (The sun here is just shite)

Exercise helps even if your tired, and weight baring. Have a weight beside the couch and do a few many healthy benefits, like muscle gain, oxygen availability, boosts metabolism (more energy), regulates insulin, keeps bones healthy. I’m very athletic but if I don’t do activities like weight training and stay on my butt for more than 6hrs a day, i can feel it bad..

My health is more important to me than a pet. I'd be for allowing a pet in the bedroom but NOT the bed if it interfered with my sleep. Nope. It's like letting a child sleep with you. Eventually if you can't sleep well as a result you have to say no and figure something else out. They will get used to it.

I had a migraine on December 24, 2006 and it immediately left me with, what I can best describe as, chronic fatigue. I have no other symptoms other than I always have the feeling of sleepiness in my eyes 24/7. The fatigue hasn’t changed in 12 years. I saw 12 doctors over the course of 2 years following the migraine. The only thing found of all the tests that were performed (everything mentioned in the video) was that I was born with an atrial septal defect (undetected at birth). Had open heart surgery at age 28 to correct it. The fatigue hasn’t changed. I’m only writing this just to see if maybe anyone else has experienced this. I’ve never heard of anyone with chronic fatigue syndrome without the pain usually associated with it.

I agree with iron especially because I somehow run low on it and I eat high protein.I have been like that since I was young and take supplements. Lol eat at least three x a day . Meals not snacks.I think I burn or lose too many vitamins.I also eat snacks .My doctor told me eat extra iron.

You are so right that being in pain is tiring. I’ve had a 13 level spinal fusion to correct scoliosis, my spine is now straight but my SI joints & pelvis just don’t like my new posture. I say “new”, it’s been 5 years since my surgery. I also have fibromyalgia and I had the Epstein Barr virus 30 years ago. I’m taking omega 3, vitamin B complex & topical magnesium gel. I might get my vit D levels checked as we don’t get much sun here in the UK. Congratulations on hitting a million! 😀

#8 Too much sodium. I've had several strokes when I was younger (teens, early 20s) and a venous stasis ulcer between ages 16 and 32. Now, that 33, I'm on day 16 cutting back my sodium to 600-800mg a day. I used to eat panda Express, CA burritos, canned soups (2-3 at a time), fast food burgers 3-4 at a time and my feet ached, daily. Now, no pain, swelling and I have more energy. I'm losing weight and I can't wait to see what I look like and how I feel when I get to day 30. The withdrawals are horrible like I've come off a drug. A few times I thought I'd just have 1 burger or burrito, but no, not doing it. I eat rice with salt free seasonings, air fried onions and other salt free foods. I only get my sodium from natural sources and if I feel like my sodium is too low (dizziness, imbalance) I'll have a snickers or a tiny pinch of Himalayan salt in a water.

.... I relate to the Low Iron/ Anemia...I was born Anemic, I've been that way throughout my Life. I had iron shots when I was younger,then started liquid supplement later in Life. I get cold easily, and I still take Iron ,and use a cast iron pan a lot, for cooking. I was always athletic, active , and I ABSOLUTELY notice a difference when I forget to take my Iron. ..and I'm going on 70 years young. Lol. Also, you're spot on, if one is some kind of physical pain, it's difficult to get proper rest. ... there is a difference between sleeping and being rested and if you have not rested then you're not going to feel good and you're going to be tired because you've been in pain,not able to sleep well enough to be rested. I have a few issues, at this stage , but I figured out how to fix that so that I can sleep without pain ,and feel rested, refreshed and not be " too tired " to get things done. Thank you , Bob and Brad !

Just got my blood test results back. I am hypothyroid and have been taking the same meds and dosage for years and my tests were always good. I ended up with gastritis 4 months ago, and started losing weight, tired all the time and some anxiety. We thought it was from the stomach meds and just being sick. I just got back my lastest blood results - because I was sick, I was absorbing too much Synthroid- so flipped to the hyper side again. I couldn’t sleep past 3 am and fatigued and that was another sign. So keep body changes affecting how your body absorbs meds too. Doc changed my meds so hopefully it’ll help.

I feel tired and have periods of not wanting to do much through the day. Think it's to do with a lack of sleep I wake up about the same time in the night every night then struggle to get back to a good sleep, I mouth breath. Am currently trying to correct this, even reading a book called Breath by James Nestor which is interesting. I also try to make sure I drink enough water, but not too much before bedtime..

people....pls...check your vitamin D levels....it will give u all types of symptoms so be careful...a lot of people are severely deficient and do not know it....Back I Sept I found out I was lv 15....my symptoms included extreme tiredness and fatigue... leg pain, back pain, muscle twitching and occasional cramps in muscles. My inflammation in my lower back made my piriformis muscles tight and caused sciatica down the right side of my leg...hand and feet numbness as well...I thought I was dying...i thought I had everything from HIV to kidney disease or cancer...my dumb ass DR made me get all these std, ultrasounds pee test opposed to just a simple blood test...when I finally found out I was Deficient they made it seem like it was no big deal...I found out in my research that the 50k a week vitamin was D2 and not D3...what that means is that D2 hardly absorbs in the body so as of Dec my lv is only 25...I'm currently taking 6k of D3 a day but I am about to up it to 11k daily to help my symptoms....If anyone needs advice feel free to ask...We all need to start taking control of our own health people!

I'm tired all of the time for a few reasons I think. Depression, the fact that I work nights and sleep days, I consume too much sugar and not enough vegetables(I do take a multivitamin though), and I am possibly lactose intolerant but if I am it's mild. My hips are also out of alignment making my left knee and heel hurt almost constantly, I want that to be my number one priority, to get my hips aligned and keep them that way. I really don't want to wear down that knee even more than it already is.
@nishatparveen5820

my hips loose alignment a lot, but physical therapy helped a lot. they used to adjust and asked me to do PT everyday for 3 times a day. basically strengthening the piniformis muscle. I have sciatica, I must say I get misaligned a lot and it is painful but once in a year I go in for adjustment and keep doing those strengthening exercises and it is better, it truly never goes away you just need to maintain PT, Icing, heat pack, rest, knowing your limits of too long standing or too long sitting and heavy lifting etc without proper posture etc.

Gould you please tackle subject by subject in seven videos all the seven reasons as you mentioned in this video. Traditional and alternative treatments. The will be very grateful. I did a sleep study for a final . we got to pick what we wanted to do. I took it to a new level. And id force myself to stay awake while falling asleep, i was awake while sleeping. It scared me so bad, i stopped. But 1st your ears close out, like a ringing , but it quiets out the sound, then you are actually asleep. Yet awake..very hard to explain. My teacher said i was insane to do this. I had to take sleeping pills and fight falling asleep. I was insane. Never ever do this

Just you doctors be careful not to blame every symptom on people having no structure in their life, just because you're often clueless about the scientific reasons for medical problems. Fatigue can make it impossible for people to have structure in their lives. You doctors don't know how each individual feels anyway both physically and mentally etc. Too many doctors just take the easy way out and call people who are suffering unmotivated and blame their lifestyle for everything just because you are clueless about what's going on medically. People are suffering out there so watch your step. No matter how educated you are you will never know what it feels like to suffer, so don't be so quick and callous to assume it's people's lifestyle to blame. Poor health prevents a lifestyle so get smarter about medical science rather than be so ignorant. Allergy can cause fatigue, so can hurt feelings, the brain, the atmospheric pressure of the weather, the immune system, some people are affected by the moon, millions of reasons, so don't assume you know everything. Unlimited things to be discovered. It's you doctors that are often the ones that are unmotivated to do scientific medical research and have some compassion for people who are suffering too.
