“You were into that ‘zen stuff’ right? At least you were, with karate?” “Bob, don’t talk to me about karate.” I don’t know why but that had me in stitches. I started watching you guys originally bc I was looking up PT videos for my mom to help with her back (she’s allergic to doctors), but when I got diagnosed with RA during the pandemic I was nervous about being exposed during PT while on immunosuppressants. You guys are a lifesaver. I just went to OT for the first time and I wouldn’t have made it this far without you. Thank you!

They take the bull crap out of yoga- this is science and biology not fake emotional connection to some Buddhist spiritual realm - which basically uses the principle of be so self absorbed in reaching peace you never actually engage with community - go and be in some mountain or something instead of help needy dying people in hell like circumstances. I lived with a meditating Buddhist who practiced attenuating peace- yet he abandoned his family .... not exactly love is it - more like don’t sacrifice yourself for others more like get away from others cause they stress u out and disrupt your peace so just abandon them go live and meditate by yourself in a room for the rest Of your life and don’t be a part of your children’s lives LOL I don’t understand this narcissist spiritualism Namaste.

I’ve had two hip and two knee replacements (due to bone-on-bone arthritis). I believe those knee and hip stretches need to be modified for people with replacements, especially the hip ones as the legs are not supposed to cross the midline. Am I correct? If so, would you please address this issue for people with replacements. I love the cheerfulness from you guys. Wish the rest of the world were like you!

Could the two of you redo this video as a more condensed version? I have spondylothesis and these excercises are so beneficial. Recently it had been painful initially when got out of bed and these are helping, but I'd like to be able to quickly reference this video if I can't remember some of what you recommend (because the brain's still waking up at this time of the day, too!) 😏

Great way to start the day! Feels good, too. btw, meditation is to quiet the mind, and eventually still the mind. Getting the mind going and thinking about the day, is something else. "Hopefully you won't be like him..." ??? Not very nice, but nice morning stretches, though.
