Oh my my ! Awesome info..that encourages me as a RN to continue wash my hands over and over and use instant hand antiseptic after and before I see my next patient...(at least one of those times.ha!)but now I'm paranoid in my own home..I think I'll have carry my hand sanitizer where I go..but first gotta use alcohol on my light switches and throw in the hand towel into the wash machine NOW!

Also the reason lemons have bacteria on them is because most people don't rinse them in antimicrobial fruit and vegetable rinse solution, and when you slice through dirty lemon peel, the slicer carries the bacteria into the lemon.

Because people have been putting sliced lemons in water for as long as lemons have been around and nobody ever died or got sick from it. Sure, it may be a bit yucky but the kind of bacteria in 'fecal matter' is the kind of bacteria that anybody older than a few weeks old has LONG since developed immunity to. Micro - evolution man, you gotta love it. lol

Unnecessary and completely reasonable and not hard to do at any given moment do overlap. It is not hard to switch on a little fruit rinse faucet to clean your lemons, regardless of whether or not it is necessary. When you work at a restaurant, if you don't care about being sanitary, someone at some point is going to get food poisoning, and it is possibly going to become a liability.

Ok so watch this video on your iPhone or another device that has Siri. Then put it at a high volume and skip to 4:17. When Rhett says "so read it one more time" Siri hears that and pops up on ur screen and thinks that u said "Siri do or die" then exit out of it and go back to the video.
