Miss the vlogs. They just feel more real. Honestly I don’t guilt trip myself into productivity all the time. My mind needs peace. I like to unwind with my kids and family.

Thanks- I have a bad pattern after watching similar videos and shaming myself on “non productivity”. It’s hard to remember these days that “rest is productive”

Here are some things that actually helped me to stop feeling drained all the time and to make my days productive (not just evenings): 1. I read all books from Mindbloomery and implemented all their lessons in my daily routine 2. I fixed my sleep schedule. No more scrolling until 2am or something like that 3. I focus on learning something new every night, instead of just zoning out. If I am 1% better than yesterday, it makes me happy 4. I make sure I have time for hobbies, so it isn't just work, work, work 5. The book 'Power of assertiveness: Unlock your potential' made me stop saying 'yes' to all distractions and negative people Now I just chase my goals one by one. I make every day count and life is so much better.

As a fellow NHS worker working in mental health, I can definely feel mentally and emotionally exhausted - I will be watching this video again and making myself some notes so I can too stop wasting my evenings - thanks again xxx 😘

Thank you for the tips! Some of them I can't really apply, for example, I stand on the bus so brainstorming isn't an option. However, I can listen to a podcast about a topic that interests me in name of self-development. Sometimes we can't follow these tips to perfection, but we can try our best!

Podcasts are the best for commutes! My hour long bus commutes would be very boring otherwise, as I get carsick way too easily to do anything that needs visual focus. Do you have any favorites? Though sometimes just zoning out (without doomscrolling) can also be therapeutic after a rough day.

I’m a Pathologist in the UK conducting Post Mortems- and there is NOTHING wrong with decompressing from the workplace to private life by NOT learning a new skill etc… your brain is allowed to switch paths and recalibrate. No ‘right ways’- just what is best for you. 🌿

I’m not a pathologist conducting post mortems, but I did watch the video entirely before commenting …. She actually addresses different types of mental rest and toxic productivity. Watch before judging next time. The 17m mark summary really makes sense.

When it comes to tv, if you switch to anime an episode is only 25 mins which gives so many more stop points and allows you to feel more satisfied since you are actually finishing episodes without your life flying past.

I already created a rule with tv series long time ago. Never watch them when school or work is active only on a break. I remember when I watched the handmaids tale I spend 2 days watching from season 1 to season 5. I am too scared to open season 6.

I understand that you need an income, and I do wish you to have all the abundance in life. However, this video felt more like a continuous stream of advertisement, and because of that, somehow lacked the needed authenticity...also, no chair is good for your back, stand up often and move around, your body is not made for sitting, coming from a physical therapist:) Wishing you the best!

I dont understand the first step. How I'm supposed to use my commute to write in a note app a "brain dump" on my plan for what to do in the evening while I'm driving during my commute? You showed yourself driving in that part of the video. How can anyone scroll or write acionable tasks while driving? Do you dictate your notes?

That’s a good point.. she did say “on my tube’s journey home I open my notes app” so it seems like she doesn’t it when she is driving. The clip of her driving makes it confusing tho

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.

I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos, but this word should be included. she is really cool.

i say this with love: your cosmetic procedures are aging you rather badly. the difference between this video and "millionaire payday routine" is staggering, especially in the brows/forehead. i know it's difficult to resist the pressure to get botox and filler as a british woman but you are genuinely so beautiful with your own features; it sucks to see you fall further into that trap. you are already the woman you need to be.
