The Turkey Meatball Recipe that I mention in the video can be found here:
Mama’s Turkey Meatballs
1.5 lbs ground turkey
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2T butter
1 tsp garlic salt
1 C. Parmesan cheese
2 C plain bread crumbs
1/2 C chopped parsley
Olive oil to drizzle
Salt
Sauté garlic in butter until golden brown. Remove from heat and add garlic salt. In large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic butter mixture, Parmesan, bread crumbs, and parsley. Form meatballs using a cookie scoop onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt on top. Bake in 450 degree oven x 10 minutes, then bring down heat to 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
