Good afternoon, Kara. In my country, the majority of people tend to undervalue reading and regard it as something exclusive or overly intellectual. However, I prioritize reading and continuous learning. I recognize that I sometimes struggle to limit my time on social media, but I am determined to enhance my communication skills and become more articulate. I’ve also invested in your Assertive Communication Masterclass, which I believe will be instrumental in my development. What are your thoughts on this?

I am going to do my best to implement all of these... it will take some time, but I'll try to ease into all of these over the next month. Thank you so much for this video. Do you have any videos specifically on overcoming the mindblock of worrying what other people think of you? I think that's one of my biggest struggles with speaking.

Yes, take your time with these tips. Implement them when you're ready and give yourself time to get used to using them. As for a video on worrying about what other people think, I don't have a specific one on that (yet), but I do have this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/fnWTnqmogdqWaLs which is about how to speak to people who make you nervous. This might help you to overcome similar mindset blocks when communicating.
