I think it’s the tone of the voice, gesture and how we speak that determines. It’s also empowering to say I don’t know. I have lots of respect for leaders or anyone that can confidently says I don’t know.

All these points are just enhancers of the communication in corporate. Simply using fancy phrases, fake confidence won't get you anywhere. You need to thoroughly know what you are doing and speaking. Appreciate efforts made to make this video.

My manager who was almost about to get promoted to C position, confidently and firmly let his opinion and disagreement - he was terminated without notice! All these points might be good for inspiration, but doesn’t work in real.

Yes when they start to communicate initially they need to organize their thought in such away what they think in their mind come out of the mouth at once and if they keep practice over it for along time surely they get rid of the fumble situation where they stuck

@Kararonin, your videos are always amazing and Educating. Thank you for making them. I'll like to know whether you hold stuff like Twitter space for Speaking Engagement practice, I'm of the view that something like that will also help to consolidate the tips always gotten from your Videos cause actually speaking and putting into practice all the tips is also as good as watching the videos and reading all the materials on effective communication, don't you think?

Remember, C-level execs are just people too. People with heavy responsibilities and time demands. The best C-level execs know they don’t know everything and are open to receiving useful information and advice whenever possible, particularly from someone trusted who authentically wants to help and who can clearly explain the value of such information. Most people in any position can benefit from candid feedback, and a strong executive encourages it. It pays to develop tactful ways of questioning executive decisions as they are being discussed, specifically on the issues you know best, to become a trusted adviser on that specific area. Speaking Truth To Power.

The C-suite refers to a company's top management positions where the “C” stands for “chief.” Various chief officers such as the CEO, CIO, and CFO are the occupants of the C-suite. They're highly paid and influential managers but they're still employees of the firm. From Google
