Great video, im going into the final year of my Quantity Surveying degree in the UK and have found this very helpull as I dont have any expreience yet in the industry. I can relate in regards to racism because im asian and have experienced it in the UK in general. is racism a general problem in south africa or do you mean particularly in the construction industry?

Hi Imy ! Racism is a problem in South Africa, Our democracy is only 25 years old, even though we are a diverse nation, prior that EVERYTHING was divided into race. So it’s actually not just the construction industry but the corporate world in general.
