The boss is actually easy. Just stay in close range. Learned how to fight him at optional dungeon at the start of the game. The one under the castle is a easier version of him.

Best way to fight it is in the far right corner. It’s spaced perfectly so you can do a ton of damage without getting hit (a lot). Just make sure to stay in the corner as much as possible or risk getting hit

You seem to have included a lot of the easy to find things but missed the actual cool secrets that are difficult to find, like the one leading to the crucible knight and the hidden ladder behind the other stonesword key room.

That tree boss thing is trivial run past, go up ladder in boss area (past his spawn) go back round castle to the point before you drop down to him but now he's there to be shot at. Shoot poison arrows or whatever you have (magic, fire pots anything with range), he can't hit you back. No skill or levels required .. just have enough ammo .. and have a laugh at anyone who tried anything skilful. There is another optional version of him right at the start game (before the knight at the start in an area with those big moving trap machines you can destroy) .. run into a corner he'll glitch very often and just sit there letting you kill him. Simple ;-)
