My natural response to Bandits is blowing there beans out as soon as i spotted them also by the point i got to this gun i already had a AK which every soldier and his grandma has on them. Finding guns is not hard, maintaining said gun is the bigger challenge considered the costs of repairs. Try to juggle your gear and keep backup weapons in yellow condition in your stash, that way you have something to fall back to when your super gun cannot be used because it costs like 13k to repair.

You should repair everytime you use the weapon that way your not spending 13000 all at once

@@ALiberalVeteran that is why i said keep backups, that way you can switch out whenever you do get in that prolonged firefight or challenging story section where your guns are going to get pummelled because of overuse. Your stash is pretty much infinite, iv got over 80 guns and i still have not reached the bottom. that and almost 1mill in credits saved up because of all the savings mechanics i explained before. its a free stalker tips that next one will cost ya :D

I just repair often. Also constantly selling as many guns as possible.

@@richardrobinson9534 i do to there is no limit on your stash, so you can hoard guns until you can do a repair. Best place to do this is in the Slagheap since the trader is really close to the trader so you can move around heavily over-encumbered with speed.

Behind the guy in the compound you can get a fully fixed viper and in the crate below it there is a silencer for your pistol

Your crosshair/dot turns green when hovering a friendly npc. If it stays white, they will probably shoot you.

An added tip, if you want to explore and do side quests and such you’re best off holding off on exploring to heavily until finish the mission “needle in a haystack” the gear you get will make exploring a fair bit safer especially on higher difficulty’s where one wrong step can quickly result in a game over.

In that cave with the loot, at 5:40, right after blowing up the gas cylinder, there is an artifact, right in front of the backpack! You failed to mention that! Also, i saw on reddit that after a while the artifacts respawn in most places, making it possible to farm more because the spawns are random (some people say that this is possible after the red storms that can cause death if you don't take shelter or 2 sleeps, but no one knows for sure what actually makes this possible)!

Definitely doesn’t help that the areas artifacts spawn don’t tend to spawn a new artifact at the same time.

pro tip use the anomaly to pull yourself to the ambulance than bound from cover to cover to get out.

Hi, Thanks for these very welcome tips. One thing that I have seen on the videos is players dropping gear. There are it seems boxes that are safe to stash surplus gear in, in my opinion. Their beauty if this is correct, is that whatever is put in, will be available in all the stash boxes throughout the Zone. I got the tip in one of the many videos I have watched; it is easy to test out and I hope it's true. Regards, JB.

You know what i miss? the 7 features that were in older titles that are missing from this one. Im still enjoying the game but the stealth somehow being worse no flashlights no night vision and Alife just not working and shit litterally spawning ontop of me it takes away from the game enough for me to openly complain about it especially the Alife missing from the game and the atrocious spawns oh and the being seen through walls by enemy while down the a hell behind a concrete wall 50 or more meters away from them is annoying

loaded into a save and there was magically an anomaly that instantly killed me there despite me being inside non hostile zone, one in every 10 loads i die instantly and its just not fun, no skill just unfair deaths.

The shotguns are still good but definitely not as great as they were in older titles or the mods for example that toz you are holding was a 1 shot kill on a flesh if you bingbonged it center mass but now its two sometimes even three shots and the range of the shottys is also noticably reduced a good bit but he is definitely not wrong and there a m870 cracker shotgun you can find in a mechanics shop around zalyssia its a great shotgun if you dont mind shelling out the koupons to fix it im probably gonna end up running it till i find myself a saiga but the cracker does hold 6 shells and even for a pump it still fires at a great pace

Here on Xbox it's a great game but a lot needs to be fixed like for example every single gun I find is broken along with everything I loot it's the same damn thing is in it sausage a bottle of beer and bread in a couple bullets great games so far other than these few things also playing on the hardest difficulty an enemy spawning rate is just ridiculous sometimes you can't even play cuz 30 f****** Dogs come out of nowhere and then as soon as you kill them you got 30 bars coming out of nowhere or 30 people other than that it's a great game so far

@@kyleott7758 the AI on the dogs is pretty crazy though they won't really attack you head on unless you back yourself in a corner or up against something. They are constantly trying to circle around and get you from behind just like a real pack of dogs would. As annoying as the dogs are, I found this to be cool as hell

Anyone notice that stalkers will shoot enemys 100 times, and rhe funny thing is itll be a dog or those lil things that hop around that i call wallyrats ( wallaby and rat) that literally take one shot from skifs pistols, haha like what the fuck os the point of them even having guns, such a joke
