God, I miss this game and the feeling it gave you. I really hope Fable 4 gives that same feeling of "Fantasy" and possibilism of the environment. I hope it makes me feel like a kid again playing this and Halo back-to-back after school.

I don't get why people hate on Fable 3? I mean you can become a actually ruler... And do things. In Fable Anniversary you could become a major but even that was pointless you couldn't do anything. Fable 2 was just awesome, but this game isn't bad i don't get why people hate on this game XD

That's true maybe like a DLC, well there was one but it didn't really affect your choices as king. But then again it was more time of need in the actual war, that's why you probably didn't had a lot of choices

I've replayed Fable 3 so many times, I find it so fun to play because there's so much to do! I will never understand why there are so many haters, I get fable 2 might have been better but does that really give you a good reason to hate it? However I don't really like local multilayer It gets so annoying at points.

The reason was because so many of the systems Fable 1 and 2 had were simplified far too much. At least that was a reason I was disappointed in Fable 3

I liked the game, however, i do hate the story quite a bit. I mean your brother was killing poeple and weakening his society in order to protect it... He was literally the stupidest "sympathetic" villian ever. Seriously. He could have formed the alliances that you went out of the way to form, He could have told you life is gonna get tough instead of making you choose between killing random strangers and your best friend, he could have freaking told somone, literally anyone, that a war was coming, he could have improved morale in order to gain willing soldiers, he could have done anything other then quietly fund an army that he was apparently buying from out of his own butt because the way he was doing things, no one would have fought for him or with him even if he did promise them daimond encrusted apple pies. He waa stupid and the game treated him like everything he did was logical but unfortunate steps. Only a psycho qould think that killing your own country to save it is logical. Basically he was a lamer Thanos

This video is 10 years old. Fable 4 is in production, and I seriously hope they put in all the best aspects of the older titles, but remain mindful of all the things people hated about each title. Fable 3 definitely had some aspects I enjoyed, but cut all the great stuff in the older games - just as fable 2 had some great features, but cut some of the great stuff from the original. Grr.

I just hated how they organized the emotes to be random and the menu to be more difficult to navigate. otherwise it was good.

Yeah I get what you’re saying but at least my gf can play with me and not be as confused with all the buttons a nice medium ground would have been better. Maybe let me go under settings and choose not to dance with guys if I was a guy or let me tap another button and still let me select all the choices in a wheel if I want to go under settings and choose that option. Either way the older I get the more I understand I’m just nitpicking at a certain point. On the other hand though the kids are the ones buying most of the games and they love tons of options lol

I have this on steam in 2021 and replayed it, in 6 hours I have bought all houses and stores in dwelling camp, Merc camp, brightwall, so I get about 10k every 5 mins my game is on. Might turn it on and go to work just to come back and see if I can get near 7 mill needed for the perfect ending. Update, after buying all real estate I could I now make near 70k each 5 mins

It's not that Fable 3 was necesarily bad. Its just that in never improved upon the things that fans liked about the first 2 games. Additionally, the whole time jump thing into an industrial age really took away the medieval qualities that i personally enjoyed.

+Naod Amdetsyon Wow I don't remember watching this video the first time, but there is no mention of a mysterious death of the father \mother, and i and there was never a hint that there was any foul play what so ever. also the clips show poofy pants... where did those come from and I noticed a few other outfits not found on the game, unless he's playing a modded game I'm pretty sure it's sponsored content.

How do you level up weapons? I noticed the 5 stars next to each weapon description in the weaponry, opened the chests on the road to rule to make melee, firearms, and magic more powerful but the level remains at one star. What am I missing?

I think depending on your weapons, they have different requirements such as: Owning five homes or killing 10 hollow men or marrying 10 villagers. Stuff like that.
