@@KillerGothChick It's more than a "Stupid spire" it was built by her ansestors long ago in the old kingdom. It was build completely by Will causing it to open the void into their reality, after the void was closed the will caused it to blow up spreading will all across Albion, well that's the short of it anyway. Essentially with Will becoming more prevalent in Albion again there is a chance the void may open again leading to terror and attrocities happening once again. Theresa needs to be in the spire to control the will and all that.

Also, it's very likely that Theresa somehow killed luciens family. She figured out she needed the power of the king and as soon she returns to Albion she learns that his family has died. Nah that's too much of a happy coincidence for her. An example to back up this theory is that she was also the one behind the death of Hammers father. Right before her father died Theresa tells the hero ''a pacifist won't help us on our journey, we need a reason for her to fight'' 30 seconds later her father died. Again that can't be just a coincidence. She likely communicated to Lucien telling him where the hero of strength is. But failed to capture her because she wasn't alone. Theresa is the embodiment of ''a necessary evil for the greater good''. Killing one to save many is what she is fond of. I see a few people in the comments calling her the ''true villain''. She IS the seer of Albion. The only one in existence. She only does what is best for Albion. She spent 500 years in Samarkand expanding her knowledge. If Scythe is dead then Theresa is probably the most knowledgeable person in Albion. Yes she was the reason why 1,000's died in the construction of the spire but she intended to save millions in the future with her wish. Unless she wasn't going to wish what we think she was going to wish for.

When I started piecing together that Theresa was the orchestrator of almost everything that happened in Fable II, it honestly blew me away how they made, in my opinion, an unsuspecting anti-villian out of her, where they don't really confirm it, but strongly leave hints at it for you to suspect. And I loved it, and made me appreciate the game and story so much more.

We can’t have Fable without Teresa. If F4 takes place between 1 and 2, she needs to be part of it. If not a guide for the player, directly influencing events, then a recurring character along the story. A seer in a Gypsy camp or something. She just needs to be in it.

One theory I saw that could definitely be possible; what if the new game is sort of a reboot because it's an alternate timeline based on the hero's choices in the first game being the evil choices instead of the good choices? so the hero of Oakville slays his sister obtaining the sword of aeons and then eventually slays Jack of blades and puts on his mask becoming the new vessel for Jack whom would be the main villain in this new game. That would in my opinion be an awesome way to bring back Jack of blades and not need to bring Teresa back.

As well as the hero from the first fable is the legendary hero who is a master in Will, Strength, and Skill. He is the penultimate hero as he one shots the guild master who is the strongest Will user in all of Albion besides scythe so that doesn’t hold up

This one gave me goosebumps. It made me see how human Theresa is. In the games, you get this beautiful sense of unnatural aura around her, but you were able to unveil what's under that. Still she uses her will abilities to maintain her body like Palpatine, and that keeps her a bit sketchy in my book. This story is beautiful, im so glad you made this video. Fable keeps on giving has we get older, what a story and what a gift indeed.

I'd assume that Jack had left at that point and Maze happened to still be in the town. Maze's intention was that the young Hero could save him from Jack's servitude. I do go into it in my Maze lore video. It's someone in the Fable lore playlist. :)

This really changed my perception of her. Every bad thing in Fable 2 is her fault, she is why all of the slaves of the Spire died, she is why Rose died, and she manipulated her brothers distant blood relative. being the only family she has left.

I like to believe that her brother decided to kill her in the chamber, not because he hated her, but because he knew she was too broken, not only she had been scared deeply but her foretelling powers would never allow her to fully enjoy her life, that plus the fact he didn't like her neutrality when it came the time for the choice between her or the Sword, he tried to at least get some hint on what she truly wanted, and once he did, he delivered the final blow on her. However, due to her mistical abilities, the Sword traped her soul in it, but when the Hero rejected to wear Jack's mask, the light inside his heart caused some sort of chain reaction that weakened his darkness and allowed her soul to be free once more. After that, because of the fact she was not allowed to move on, she decided to spend the next centuries possessing the body of women just as broken as her and with no chances of recovery, in the hopes of finding some way to finally extinguish the pain that had burned her for so long, and rest in peace, once and for all.

I'll still never consider her as evil. Heck, not even morally grey. Heavy is the head that wears thr crown. She can see the furure. All the future. What she does is to save all hunanity from being wiped out in Fable 3. The tower was a necessary evil. The good of the many, out weight the few. Now spread that across all of time. She isn't evil. She just knows what needs to be done.

Theresa had her childhood taken away from her but she had a choice to live with her brother again and make a better life but all she wanted was power and manipulation and she probably wanted the world to be hers surprisingly your character from fable 1 died but she didn't even with the power of will its surprising that she lives on except for your character I suspect that she killed the brother for ultimate Will power so she can live so long it only makes sense on where she got that will power I mean she isn't the brightest character in the book except for the warrior of Albion

I think William gave her the secret of his own immortality, and they developed a way to help her live forever without paying the same price. We know William has been keeping an eye on his lineage over the eons. Even Rose says he’s there with her. So I think he’s the secret behind her long life.

How i see it is jack wanted the boy not only for his blood but also cause he feared an heir of will could defeat him. Furthermore, after jack let her go he probably placed some tracking spell or what not on her and intended to use her to eventually draw out the boy since he needed the whole family.
