Miles Edgeworth also notably helps Phoenix during a trial *where he is the prosecutor.* I think it was towards the end regarding the DL-6 incident, and one of the suspects/witnesses says something that would technically help his case (or at least not directly go against it). Then all of a sudden you hear him yell "Objection!" and he starts basically doing your job for you in a brief section. He literally teams up with Phoenix because he realizes the defendant isn't guilty, and he wants the actual bad guy put away.

It was when Edgeworth's dad was killed and he got brought up by Von Karma that the two drifted apart.

Superpowers, Dubstep gun that can cause chaos and mayhem once fully upgraded, and the option to romance little Matty, who is now 21 at the time of 4 and legal across the board as he was 16 in 3. Win- win all the way around. Plus, a hidden surprise or two that are best left unspoiled unless you've played it. Still miffed that they didn't include the Gat Out of Hell DLC with the Switch port of 4. That DLC better drop as SR 4.5 or something.

In the original, where his only interactions with Kiryu are the cutscene fight in the beginning, the kidnapping of Haruka and batting cage fight, and the ramming a truck into Shangri-la and subsequent fight... no. Personally, I am of the opinion that anyone who kidnaps a traumatised nine-year-old for whatever reason, let alone one as petty as picking a fight for amusement's sake, is a villain, period. I have come to terms with the fact that the rest of the "Yakuza"-fandom seems to disagree, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

Same here. Especially when the supposed bad guy has a compelling backstory, or your character decides not to kill them. I love seeing bad guys become good guys. Like pretty much everyone on this list, especially Edgeworth(who is my favorite one). I love the Ace Attorney series. It's too bad we never got the sequel to Ace Attorney Investigations though...Edgeworth is like Vegeta, but calmer, and like Andy said, "dresses like a 17th century vampire". Yeah. I agree completely. Matt Miller definitely redeemed himself. He's probably the best honorary Saint in Saints Row 4, plus he's played by Yuri Lowenthal, voice of Sasuke, adult Ben Tennyson( from Ben-10 Alien Force), Yosuke Hanamura, AND Spider-Man. Also, I let him live in SR3, because I figured when SR4 came out, Matt would actually come around and be a good guy instead. And that's what happens. And I especially love during the beginning part where your character, is climbing on the rocket, and everyone starts telling you how much they love you and how much they'll miss you, and makes their feelings known, especially Matt, saying that if he'd known how willing your character would be to sacrifice themselves to stop a missile attack, he wouldn't have tried to kill you, and that's how i knew that Matt Miller would make a great addition to the Saints. I still love SR4. It was also the last great SR game...
