I've been approaching so many marketing agencies, I am looking for performance marketing, paying a generous figure but only for sales results. No one wants to take it. They are happy to 'promise' me results, but not happy to be paid based on those promises. I can only assume that they aren't confident in their abilities to actually get the results they say will happen if I give them the money up front. Any leads on agencies that will actually work on performance based marketing?

Are you only paying them if they drive you results? If so, that's why you're having this problem. Nothing in digital marketing can be guaranteed, and time is valuable so people want to be paid for their time.

@@neilpatel I've worked with two companies now, and paid them for their time (and expertise), so they were handsomely rewarded. The trouble is, there were virtually no rewards or benefits for my business from working with them. Their work yielded no results. I'm not prepared to work this way again - I'm being taken for a fool

I don't care how many awards you've got, your agency didn't do anything for my business not even 6 months after I hired you. no results whatsoever! Neil patel is good at selling his services for sure, not so good on implementing his tactics for other small businesses.

I'm sorry to hear that. SEO takes time, friend. Depending on where your business is at in terms of SEO, it can take 8 months to a year to start seeing traction in some cases. That's always the tough thing about SEO, is that it's slow-moving so it can be hard to see the good things until you see results. It's a slow game but well worth it.

@@neilpatel I know SEO takes time, however after 6+ months, nothing happened, despite the fact I was ASSURED by your company that something will "start happening" before the 6 months mark. Even if I stayed with your company longer, you still couldn't produce any results because of the crappy work and crappy "marketing" tactics and low-quality tools your team had. I was promised my blog articles will get backlinks from quality websites with authority which will help increase my ranking, but that didn't happen because my blogs were linked to some VERY low-quality websites, which did more harm than helped. Those low-quality websites were created by your company, and they were so bad, I've never seen worse blogging websites than those. I asked your team to unlink all my blogs from those pseudo- blog websites you created. Those sites didn't have any design on them, all the articles in there were very low quality, poorly formatted and with bad spelling -I couldn't believe your team had the audacity to use such "tools" which will hurt the clients you WERE PAID to help. I should have asked to get a full refund for the thousands of dollars I paid for your "help" and the time wasted which costed me more. You and your company should be ashamed of such practices.
