So what happens when I have 4 bones sitting in my Backup plan, and I get 3 more?

Can i use my backup plan in somone else's turn? I am pretty sure that it is not possible but I can't find confirmation of this anywhere in the manual. If i am taking another turn in the same round (e.g. Nugget's Deja Vu) can i use backup plan again second time since it is limited to a turn and not a round?
