What about a worship team member who treats their step son foul by putting him down all the time and negatively critisizes said 10 year old kid but only pretends on Sundays yet the church will NOT remove said person?

That's a really tough situation. You should definitely let the senior leaders of your church know what's going on.

They already do. They are more concerned with bringing in and retaining members. I no longer attend there myself but a different one.
