Rest, ice, wrist brace at night, and Theraband flex bar did the job for me. I also quit playing tennis for a month. Finally got rid of terrible tennis elbow pain and it has never returned. Also had 2 cortisone shots but they aren’t a cure if you keep aggravating it.

Over the past two years, I’ve tried everything including shockwave, physiotherapy, and two PRP injections. I really don’t know what is left other than surgery. Stretches cause more pain so you’re right about that. Even isometrically raising and lowering a dumbbell caused my hand to shake for 10 minutes afterwards. The pain is constant and unbearable.

They gave me a cortisone injection on my first appointment 🤦‍♀️ without any PT at all. Then the PT suggested ALL of things you listed here.

This is so right on! I have a bad case right now from major landscaping this summer in addition to my job (massage/bodywork). I was advised to do some of the 7 worst exercises you listed in another video including nerve flossing via wrist extn & flexn. They feel horrible, I can just tell! Looking forward to my grip strengthener when it arrives.

Can you please help me? I have tennis elbow plus neck issues. No physio recommend me the correct exercise. I have this problem for more than a year. Any exercise doesn't work for me. I want to cry and ask God to show me a way, but suddenly found your video that makes sense to me.

Curiously, using a grip strengthener is the only thing that aggravates my symptoms. I've tried it twice (non consecutive days) and only done 2 sets of 10 with low tension and both times I've felt more pain than before. All of the other exercises yo do not recommend actually make my elbow feel better.

I’m struggling to figure out what to do. My dr has basically said she can’t help me anymore. I’ve been to a neurologist and she’s now saying the same. I got an MRI and EMG that both came back clean. I feel like it’s a nerve issue because the pain is more frequently in the tops of my hands, wrists and lower forearms, but my neurologist says it isn’t because of my EMG results. I don’t know if that’s right. I sometimes have issues on the medial side as well. My pt hasn’t really helped either. She says I have golfers elbow, tennis elbow, biceps tendinitis, triceps tendinitis (all both arms). I just don’t know what to do at this point. My Dr wants me to do cortisone but I’m pretty firm that I don’t. Do you think I could have a pinched nerve in my shoulders that’s causing all of it that maybe didn’t show up on the EMG? Do you know where I should go from here?

This is very very contradictory to what basjcally ALL other experts, fysiotherapists and doctors, are saying on other youtube channels. They are advising to do the exercises you say should not be done... I am confused

My friend have had traffict accident around 4 weeks ago.and had proximal tibia fracture and she got surgery already but she still walk with no weight bearing . Which excercise to help her sir . She also complain of pain the angkle

Squeeze a tennis ball or grip strengthener, his other video shows this, after one day the stiffness in my elbow when I wake up was gone, and the pain was less.
