When I "wake up" and realize I'm having sleep paralysis, I get so excited because I know I'm in for a roller coaster night of a ride of the exploration of the dark side of my mind.

That last story. Poor poster, poor old couple too. If they were internet savvy their version might of ended up online too. "My wife and I saw a large man sitting in our car. He just looked at us, but then his face got angry. I didn't know what to do. As I was about to call for help I heard the door open, and my heart sank. I don't know what changed but he claimed that he thought it was his car and he had just gotten into a fight with his girlfriend, and needed a place to calm down....

About Story #1 That is not how PTSD works as not everyone gets it during a traumatic event and only a sliver of people would get it. If that was how PTSD worked then I would have it too, due to being through so many traumatic events myself. This story is so fucking fake that even I'm appalled that it's even on this list much less in the video.

One of the dime a dozen insecure kids, who really just need one true friend, but too young to realize that, hence end up forming a social circle of friends, who aren't really friends, just strangers. No one really wants to feel that alone and shallow on the inside, to the point of throwing themselves at strangers, to look "cool". Sad psychological issues, formed at a really young age, due to the parents' not caring right. It's kinda funny if u think about, how the parents themselves had issues, hence never figured out how to properly care for kids, just did what they knew, food, cloth and shelter em. Psychological issues are the real "tag, you're it" game.

I feel like mental health check ups with family therapists would be helpful and could be normalized to be considered on par with family doctor check ups if they were destigmatized. Last story reminds me of a time my mom & I got into a car that wasn’t ours. Looked identical on the outside. She couldn’t get her key in the ignition. We both realized in a strange silence that the interior wasn’t right. We looked around & made sure no one was watching. Then got out. We laughed a lot about it but in reality we were in a really bad part of Memphis & were so lucky to have not been seen.

Story 3; I’ve experienced sleep paralysis twice, and they both happened to be right after falling asleep after I smoked some 🍃 and I was just too confused to realize it was happening so I just thought oh I can’t move, ima go back to sleep.
