After watching Frankie all these years, I had a sudden realization: Frankie is the more stable, family-friendly version of Carmi Berzatto 😅😂😂😂 Keep 'em coming! 👏🏻

I used it in my one bedroom apartment with my two kids and now I live in a million dollar house with my family and I am absolutely sending that good juju to whoever is watching right now. Someday you wont need this channel but youll come back anyways because of how genius it is

I keep sending people to your channel. Best budget cooking channel for those who might not be used to cooking. And you make us smile while we learn. Love you, Frankie! 💖

I am imagining different versions of this dish based on whatever you have on hand. I receive what's called a Senior Supplemental Nutrition Box once a month from the local soup kitchen. It always has tuna, canned chicken, pasta and/or rice, canned veggies and fruit, bread and shelf stable milk. And sometimes something sweet. I currently have a surplus of canned green beans. I could use those. I'd have to buy cheese. The oily orange government surplus "cheese" that doesn't even melt! is undigestable to me. Instead of potato chips, maybe some old bread toasted, crumbled on top, and sprinkle with garlic salt and shredded cheese. No cheese? I have been told that some kinds of nutritional yeast taste like cheese. I have a large, unopened container. Hmmm. I'd love to find a way to make the canned vegetable soup from the food pantry into something else. It's tomato based and that's all you can taste. And it's a weird combo of too sweet and too bitter.

Rice broth. Try a Mexican rice. Or braise some beef or pork with it and layer in some roasted onion or garlic. Compound butter perhaps. Dry it and turn it into tomato powder and use it in smaller increments. A tomato rice soup is also good. Thin it out with broth and season. Add other veggies.

@@eatsipkrave Thank you, those are some good suggestions. How do you dry soup, though?

"hot dish" is a rust belt thing. You're not in the Midwest if you border another country.
