I love the last point, that it keeps us healthier. I never actually thought of it that way. Makes perfect sense. 👌 😊

My outro was cut out by accident, but I hope you were encouraged! We don’t keep Shabbat for the money savings, but it IS one of the additional benefits of keeping YHVH’s Word! 😊

Our shopping day is Thursday too. ❤ We live out of town. So for us we go into town on Shabbat to take the kids to the park. We pack a snack and lunch. And enjoy the afternoon playing. Then we come home and make a dinner. This saves us so much money because on Sunday, our usual town day, we are so tuckered out we don't want to go into town and do anything. Saving us a ton of money. Because we usually would shop second hand, used bookstore, and be so worn out we would end up getting take out. So, it has been super nice to keep the finances in check.

Yes I can relate somewhat especially to the online shopping point...sometimes if i still do need the item, the price would have fallen or i see another at a lower cost
