I have a problem where I can't play games on my own account, they are locked even though my PS5 is activated for console sharing and offline play. I've already tried to restore my licenses and I've changed my password, I've recreated the database and until now it still has padlocks. I've tried everything to try to resolve it, I spoke to Playstation support and so far nothing has worked to resolve it, it's absurd that I can't play my own games. @@03liam30 No, I've tried everything, I've spoken to Playstation support and they couldn't fix it, I've already restored the PS5 to as if it were new and it didn't work either. What I can do now is wait for them to fix it or exchange it for another ps5 because oddly enough my account doesn't have a padlock on another ps5. That's ridiculous, they don't do nothing to solve it.
