100% Fixed Solution For PS4 DLC Waiting to Install cannot find application
In this video we will look in depth to fix all issues relating to PS4 cannot find application, or Waiting to Install cannot find application using a new PS profile. Following is the Steps
1. Find the PSN region of your profile
2. Find the Code of the Game on the Box it came in
3. Google and find out which region that Code belongs
4. Create a New PSN profile using the region that you found in Google
5. Install the DLC in the new region
6. If your DLC is paid, simply refund the one which is not working and buy again from the new region
7. For Currency mismatch simply buy the gift card of that region using your home currency
8. Install the DLC
9. Go Back to your Primary PSN Region
10. Continue your saved file and DLC installed.

Edit: Updated Info Hey Guys, I have found a solution to the issue of where your dlcs are paid, so you can purchase dlc from a different region with your home currency just by purchasing a psn gift card. Psn gift card can be purchased using your home currency and the gift card can be of any currency in the world. So if you have dollars and need Indian Rupees to buy a dlc, simply purchase a psn gift card that has Indian rupees in it, you can buy this gift card using dollars. You can buy this gift card from most of the online stores, just search in Google. Hope it helps.

I looked into the regional code and found it was made in Europe and made a new account in the United Kingdom (only one I found with English) I went to download my files on that account but it still did not work. Basically for people that think 21 minutes is too long Check on the bottom on the side of your cd if it says cusa and numbers its from usa , eu or smth like that eu , asia = asia , but most cds imported from USA You cannot change your region in your acc , fix : make a new account with a brand new psn account, go and download and install the dlc on that account, but yout data is lost right? No, the dlc will be installed on all accounts in your ps4 with psn accounts

@@advaitmani1910 Hi from my knowledge the Frozen wilds DLC is included with the Disc in the complete Edition. You don't have to install it. In order to confirm that the menu screen of HZD has frozen wilds logo on the right side of the screen which means the DLC is already included in your version. Try looking it up.

Look for the location of frozen wilds at the top of the area in the map. Also that place will only unlock after you talk to a certain NPC. You can look up whom it is, as I can barely remember him.

If you bought the game from PS Store then you need to download the DLC from the same PSN. Dont use different PSN to download a Game then a different PSN for a DLC. You need to download the GAME and the DLC from the same PSN account.

If you bought the game digitally from PS Store then you should not encounter this problem at all. Just download the DLC from the same PSN Account from which you downloaded the game.

@@evelim7228 1. Yes you wont be able to use it even if you create a new account. 2. If you buy the application from UK PSN account the DLC should work 3. But the Game may not have the saved data. You might have to start from scratch. Better Solution: 1. Refund the DLC that you purchased from UK account ASAP. 2. Create a Mexico Account and try downloading a free DLC and see if it works. 3. If it works Buy the DLC from the Mexico Region. 4. For Mexico Currency simply purchase a "PSN Mexico Gift Card" using your local currency and use it to buy the DLC. Pls make sure to follow the above solution in exactly the same order.

Hi, i have assassins creed valhalla in a disc version with region 4. My psn account is a USA version. I bought ac valhalla season pass. It doesnt install like in your video you showed. Since there is an issue with the regions there. I will then have to ask for refund and then create a new account which is in region 4 and then buy the dlc thorough that isnt it. But since the process is too long. Will it work if i do like this? What if i change the region of my original USA account to Australia (Australia is a country considered in region 4) and try installing the dlc again. Will that work ? Please give me information about that please.

Hey, need help here, welp i downloaded the season pass for AC VALHALLA which to make the long story short, my game's(which is the disk version) region is from HK and my account is based of USA. It's weird cuz' i can download the DLC's but the season pass won't install. And i did all of your steps, made an HK region account, searched the season pass on the PlayStation store and it says that i need to buy it, please need help😥

@@demonicdreams598 nvm man, i already fixed the problem by exactly buying the game from the psn store, which is the US version. Shit man, i literally had to buy it again. But anyway it was worth it. Also apparently you can't do all of this process if the DLC you've bought is a season pass from a game or a DLC level itself

@@Metro.metr0 In Google there are version of the same Code one belongs to EU which is Europe and the other belongs to AU which is Australia. Try both.

Apparently, yes. I have this same region problem with my COD BO3 dlc, but I'm not planning to refund and buy the dlc in its proper region. Instead, I'll be borrowing a friend's asian-region disc and I'm hoping that it'll solve the problem

No Disc is all region, it specifies a region, someone in the comments mentioned that, you can also Google the same.

Yes you will have to buy the DLC again. You can also refund the dlc that you purchased earlier. It has been explained in the video as well.
