1. Making money with RedBubble takes time. Don't stop. 2. Create things you would buy yourself. 3. Provide some variations of your designs. Like, different color schemes, page layout, etc. 4. Use transparent backgrounds, .PNG, and good DPI. 5. Make sure you resize your design appropriately for every product. 6. Take advantage of the amount of tags and the description you're allowed. Be specific. 7. Research what people are interested in. Follow trends but also maybe make timeless designs.

Hello! I usually sell on Teesping(started around 10 days ago and made a sale already) So here are some tips that i learned that are super helpful for both teespring and redbubble 1 you can bring orcanic instagram trafic to make more/any sales 2 if you are having a hard time with edits and dont know how to start i use placeit.com for some of mydesigns(everything there is copyright free,i also take mock ups for my instagram account from there i pay a few dollars a month but its totally worth it! For resizing i use "Bulk Resize" if you are going for any clothing you should do it like this You make a design with transparent background>you resize it on bulk or other website(perfect size 5000p/5000p then you go to the site you are selling and edit it(make sure everything looks great and if you are having a quote or some kind of text on your clothes check for spelling mistakes(it sounds silly but u will make some and it will be a huge problem later on with selling that design) As for instagram make a page just about your niche and nothing else My page is @Dad_co_appeal if you want check it out, if you want copy bio if you see it fit (WARNING growing insta is a slow process but since its free you can get a few sales) if you work with redbubble insta is not A MUST to have but for teesping is unless you drive trafic via facebook/Instagram ads(which i do not think is a good idea if you are new to this) I hope these little tips have helped you to get started if you have any questions you can DM me on @Dad_co_appeal, if i can i will help you!

Thank you for the sound advice. Great video! I have been on Redbubble for years. I am not a trained graphic designer but the designs and items I create with the Redbubble items are all products I would happily enjoy in my home or on my back. So for years no sales, no likes and I have just today got my first follower and in the fast month, I have managed to sell 4 items with 2 designs. I know it is not enough to even draw but it got my attention and focus back on track. My new range of '''Pixel Kitty''' is taking shape and I uploaded the first of the range today. Enjoyed your post. Lots of good sensible advice that is worth so much. I'm a designer who straddles several fields - graphic design, fine art, interior design, set design for television, and applied design in general. My career began in the 1960's and yes, I'm ancient. Trying now to focus on merchandise and clothing on Redbubble. I started out as a professional, of course, producing paste-ups and layouts using rubber cement, photo--type and lettraset. I've been using the computer since the 1980s but somehow I've I've got this little problem with designing for merchandise, where I can't reconcile file sizes and dpi. I've been posting on Redbubble for around 2 years and somehow manage to upload things that are printable, but...I really can't understand the nuances of "pngs" and the proper way to produce a file large enough to use in something the size of a shower curtain, with the smallest dpi for upload. Somehow you just seem to be a fellow designer that might be able to explain this to me or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance. Also, that's a wonderful cat you have, his or her timing seemed to be quite well orchestrated.

I am a teenager and saving up to get a horse and everything that I need for it but I have no income and am too young to get a job (I’m 13) Thank you for this video it helped me a lot to understand this website and how to make sales. I will start an account soon! I know it will take a long time and since horses are such expensive animals that I would like to have the money for the actual horse plus at least like $10,000 for the stuff so I can spoil the horse, and with making more money on there I can also have money to continue to pay for feed and stuff. I am very lucky that I have amazing parents who will allow me to have a horse and would buy one for me but I want it to be truly my horse my pick no budget I pay for it so that I can feel like I have achieved an amazing goal that will stick with me for a long time after! and I will not give up hope. I have a goal and I will achieve it even if it takes years because I will get that horse and I know I will. 😁

What’s going on ? Do you know anything about this?
@RoguePixel3 жыл бұрын
At the time of making this video, redbubble allowed us 50 tags, but suggested 20 relevant tags were more effective. As of today, you can still choose to have 50 tags, but there is a possibility that your design will rank worse than if you used fewer, more relevant tags. So now its suggested we use 10 to 15 relevant tags. Hope that helps 👍

Can we see a sample of the designs that are selling? Also, what if there are no words or trends involved in the kind of artwork that an artist likes and wants to submit. Would you have any suggestions on how to sell those sorts of things? The market is flooded will all sorts of niche catchphrase sorts of things. Some people just want to sell a pretty graphic or painting and not be cute about it. Do those sorts of things sell would you say?

i feel your pain on editing! I have an art studio where I teach students- now on zoom because of, well..... I am just starting to upload to Redbubble etc with my projects. You are inspiring! Hopefully I can convince my husband to take over the online stuff so I can paint and teach more.
