She did indirectly show that in the video. It's the part that shows Medium as the source of potential earnings. I paused it and read it right there. Did I read anything about paid membership. Nope! But, in my own words, I did read the line that mentioned writers can earn money on Medium using free access. But, if one didn't pause the video at that point, then it would be easily missed. So, even though Ms. Cattoni didn't point it out directly, it was there for us to see for ourselves.

@@forgentlemen This video is OUTDATED, and what she said is true for before September 2023. After said time, there has been a change that got rid of the follower requirement and replaced it with the membership. It is plainly stated on the Partnership Program page on Medium. If you have never visited Medium, and are not a longtime Medium writer like myself, I recommend checking it out for yourself. Writers who were already earning do not have to pay, as the change in policy was not made to be retroactive. Always make sure to check your facts, and read the dates on videos/comments! :D
