Definitely cool to see the progress of gaining strength back! Also appreciated the explanations of all the moves. Would have loved to see which week was labeled on the clips so it was a little bit clearer.

Labeling the clips is a great idea! I’ll overlay the week on my next progress vid 🙂

Hi, I’m curious how do you overcome your fear of being in the air and if you’re above the ground?
@LyraLauren8 ай бұрын
Hi! A few things- I find it less scary when I’m strong enough to hold myself up, so regular training helps. Usually studios have things rigged low for beginners, so you aren’t far from the ground to begin with. I’m also not afraid of heights, so I imagine it’s different for people who come in with that fear!

@@LyraLauren I admire this, as you can picture I am afraid being up so high above the ground, so these are good insights. I hope you will still make more of these videos, such as foods to eat for training and if there’s a cheat day or what is the toughest challenge you’ve done, I’m curious, anyways thank you so much for answering, I appreciate you responding and you have an amazing job!

Is that your room? Lmao I feel like the only person with a rig next to their bed😭😂

Lol, yes it is! The new rig kind of takes over the room 😅 Worth it, though!

@@LyraLauren Yeah I can relate with that. To be as high as it can in my room, mine blocks doors to both of my closets, so when I want in them, I have to contort my body to grab things 😬 ahh the sacrifices we make for our art
