I would say always try to have high grades, especially if you are planning to do a masters / phd, good grades are a must if you plan to go to a good program. better grades means you know the material better which means you have a more solid understanding of the fundamentals. grades + experience is the way to go.

I’m new to coding and find myself very easily disturbed by side projects that triggered me so I hopped on from project to project and probably used AI more than I should and after a few months realizing what did I learn.. I cannot even memorize how to make a virtual python env and this was a kinda breakdown for me I began to feel myself miserable im a creative person with the lack of focus unfortunately

I'm in Gr.12 right now and am curious if this job is worth it, I have no coding experience but am planning on learning it, I just got my own laptop yesterday and can't wait to learn coding, I'm planning to become a sw engineer in the future, but I still don't know if it's the right choice, do you think it's worth it now?
