This is a really really good video. I was watching another "no-bs, heres how it is" video before this one but it was really vague and jumped around a lot and didnt really talk about the actual work more of the idea? or a software engineer? anyway, You were very organized and gave good chunk categories of the main work and summaries of each category to understand what the work is. someone cant just say "coding" like coding what? where? so thank you for this. This solidified my decision to continue being in the medical field for sure tho haha thank you!

@@SajjaadKhader I just graduated from high school and soon I will be enrolling myself into college, but the main issue is that I have to select up to four subjects that’s related to my degree course, I’m currently thinking about breaking into tech but with the wave of retrenchment in the tech side, I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to find a job in the future. The other two degrees that I’m also interested in is engineering (anything other than chemical engineering) and actuarial science.

Know what ! i always wanted to be a doctor and never interested in tech..i gave my medical entrance exam three times but couldn't succeed..now Alhumdullillah im a software engineering student..(I'm also 20yr old) its hard but also fun😅.. i still struggle with basic computer functions..but guess what everyone start from start and that's how they got knowledge ❤

But what I've heared so far is , Ai is gonna help them to acheive even more and ease their work but alongside Ai will make it hard for junior to secure jobs (most likely they will be replaced by ai unless they know how to use ai for thier work)

It's age discrimination. I've seen this throughout my role at FAANG and some startups I worked at. It's depressing, and I will face it someday. It's due to management being dumb and thinking, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks." The older engineers know their worth and won't put up with the BS on-call stuff that a new grad will. This doesn't mean it's impossible, but it is much harder than it should be.
