The structure is super strong, and I'm also a Mason. It's not much to look at, but it isn't going anywhere. It also helps they don't have the variations in temperature like many countries. Structurally it's built far stronger than the average house in the US. ✌️

Great job to all the tradesman, It brought lots of memories, goi ng back 55 years we used the same system to build a concrete structure, now days we are more safety oriented which is a good thing, but the young generation would never work as hard now. Thank you for sharing

With new technologies the same house is built in 2 weeks and with 4 workers. Much safer and insulated from heat and cold. This house in the video is worth only for the memory of the past. Here in my town they are building a new residential neighborhood for 720 homes. In 4 months they are halfway to the goal. They will all be Ecological Class A+++ housing. According to European safety standards. Zero deaths at work is main goal.

@@gablan1468 It's marketing :) those are pre-engineered structures, lightweight material and it won't survive in tropical weather with high humidity like Viet Nam :))

這樣做法是現在很少偷工減料了,我家1972年在香港農村,我爸爸叫朋友建二層,那時候用黃泥加英泥批牆,本來報價用紅磚的,用了自制英泥沙磚😂之後我也返新過幾次😂但看他們做法都太完善,柱頭只用四條鋼筋,基本最好都用上六條,地基都是一半石屎,之後一半結磚上😂

This is so labour intensive...but, i'm quite certain that you didn't use bamboo in your neck of the woods. In 1990 i travelled to Venezuela and from my hotel room there was a multi story building being erected and i was shocked to see them using bamboo to support the framing for the next cement pour.

В России раньше тоже из кирпича строили.. лет 80-200 назад, да ещё как строили, дворцы и фабрики и многоэтажки. Так что тоже есть чем восхититься. То что они это вручную до сих пор делают это скорее от нехватки средств/знаний/технологий/инфраструктуры. Другими словами это отсталая культура. Было бы быстрее, проще и дешевле собрать из плит чем всё вручную делать из кирпича. Я их не сужу, просто даю объективную оценку.

Absolutely top-notch work by all the tradesmen out there! It's like a blast from the past-55 years ago, we built concrete structures with the same system. Ah, the good old days when safety was just a word in the dictionary. Nowadays, everyone’s obsessed with staying alive on the job site-what a bore! And let's not even get started on the young whippersnappers who wouldn't know hard work if it hit them over the head with a hammer. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

100% better build quality than any of the silly american wood frame and drywall homes I've seen hundreds of videos of here and on instagram. May not all be up to code in every country but that is without a doubt a stable, proper build.

Greetings from the US. I met my wife in indonesia and have been there a few times. I watches them build just like this out if my hotel in jakarta. And I watched skyscrapers go up to over their. Can't wait to go back. ✌️

Các anh thợ nhà mình neo chèo như khỉ, làm không có biện pháp an toàn cho chính mình. Nếu tôi là chủ nhà, tôi không thích điều này. Nhỡ xảy ra tai nạn thì trước mắt chính người công nhân đấy và gia đình khổ, sau đến cai thầu, cuối cùng là chủ nhà.

'это они просто мелкие) Но потолок надо от 3м. Это сейчас для простого люда начали строить 2,5м а элитное жилье часто 3,5-4,5м потолок. Я про многоэтажки говорю. Да и в сталинках раньше 3,2м были и выше. Сам я жил с 3,2м потом переехал в 2,5м и очень плохо было мне с таким низким потолков, дышится хуже и кажется помещение мелким. В итоге переехал в новый дом 3м. Сам если буду строить дом тоже от 3,5м потолок делать буду.

I know,I don't like to criticise hard work,I just think a lot of wasted effort for low quality construction,it's like they're making it up as they go along,the foundations look solid enough,but what a waste of concrete and rebar unless you're building a bomb-shelter

In constructions like this, I'm always curious to see, if they used no machines whatsoever, how did they take all the concrete up to the last floor? Buckets? That would probably take forever 😄 Joke aside, very hardworking people! One can learn a lot just by watching.
