The title says, "Inexpensive wooden house", but this is an expensive construction technique and standard, it would be a high-end custom home by US standards, much higher quality than most I've seen built in America, and the builders seem to be very conscientious, not fucking around or taking shortcuts. This is highly unusual also for one team of workers to complete the entire build, not just the framing, but then again it's more of a modular design with no need for separate interior wall construction. The pre-fab walls are a great idea and quickly erected. The concrete foundation seems to be very heavy, more in line with commercial construction. I'd be interested to know about the electrical and plumbing phase, as I didn't see any of that built into the walls. Maybe it's all install from below, through the floor, which would actually be a good idea. Many heavy wooden timbers used as well, I'd like to know more about the dimensional lumber standards. Thank you much for displaying this talent and technique, I've gotten many ideas from watching.

All engineering wiring will 100% go under the floor, where the slab will then be poured with concrete. The sizes of the power boards and beams are mainly multiples of 50 mm thick, and for the lathing 20 mm and 25 mm. Standard lengths are 2 m, 3 m and 6 m, but you can order any size up to 6 m. And the thickness can also be ordered in any size.

I didn't see the walls go up, but they look like SIPs. Solid foam insulation between the boards. Those are nice, but pricey.

@@kathrynmauro8673 Yeah, certainly not cheap where I live, but then compare these with the cost of labor for constructing stud walls, then all the plumbing and wiring that is normally fed through those walls, including drilling any extra holes for variations, etc. And that's only the beginning, except for the excavation, foundation, and septic or sewer. The strength and efficiency of this type of wall construction, sandwiched/laminated slabs, just might make the overall structure considerably cheaper than a stick-built house. Apparently all the wiring and plumbing would come through the floor, and I imagine the best routing for subsequent levels would be through a vault or column connecting all floors, and maybe a utility closet on each floor for junctions and connections. I'm not sure about the versatility in a multi-level home, but I'm going to look into this.

"Inexpensive" because of Russia's vast forests I would imagine. That would be an EXPENSIVE home in the U.S. At what stage lighting? Or what do they use? Is this in a really remote area? They must have electrical and plumbing (I imagine). They guys are admirable workers and exude teamwork in every step of the process. It is almost all prefabricated. Do they sell these homes in kits? Do they include the electrical and plumbing? Or are you on your own? It says "Full construction process" but the video leaves many unaddressed important issues. Beautiful home. I would love to have one like it.

100% cheaper, now a cubic meter of raw board costs $160, and dry planed board costs $240. All engineering wiring will 100% go under the floor, where the slab will then be poured with concrete.

С удовольствием посмотрела несколько роликов, классно, быстро, уверенно. Замечательный канал. Но видели ли Ваши жёны как Вы с работающими пилами в тапочках по крышам бегаете? Думаю, они бы ужаснулись. Стоит соблюдать хоть минимальные правила техники безопасности. Да, несчастные случаи не бывают часто, но ведь лучше обезопасить себя.

Уклон у крыши небольшой. Зима значит в регионе малоснежная. Иначе сложит сложит кровлю массой снега. Фундамент - перебор, заложен как под кирпичный дом. Слишком много ручной работы - значит дорогое строительство. Крыша по стоимости выйдет дороже 1 этажа. Пароизоляцию на кровле сделали в натяжку, по правилам нужно укладывать с провисанием. Дом явно сделан без былой немецкой педантичности. Рабочие работают как умеют, а не как нужно по правилам. Мягкая кровля конечно хорошо, но пыль копит, потом мох на ней растет. Стеновые панели между собой сопряжены уплотнителем. Чтобы уплотнитель снаружи не мокнул от осадков придется заколачивать стыки, либо обшивать дом. Вывод: такой дом крайне дорогой в строительстве, дороже кирпичного. На такой фундамент просится кирпичный с бетонными перекрытиями, крыша с фальцевой кровлей должна быть выше с таким уклоном, чтобы снег зимой при легкой оттепели сам съезжал. За кирпичной стеной уход в процессе жизни дома минимальный. Железобетонные перекрытия в кирпичном доме обладают большей шумоизоляцией, чем будет перекрытие в данном деревянном. Железобетонные перекрытия за 1 день укладываются краном. А здесь ушло несколько дней укладки перекрытия, с будущим подшиванием и утеплением. Возится с утеплением под низкой кровлей плохое удовольствие. Проектировщик не подумал об этом. Под крышей будет неудобно делать настил по перекрытию из-за большого количества стоек. Практичнее было сделать кровлю с центральным проходом под ней, без наличия стоек по центру. А так норм. Дом по цене кирпичного, работа дорогая, материалов использовано много - банку хорошо, у заемщика большой долг. Риэлтер продал. Все заработали. Клиент деньги не посчитал что выгоднее купить деревянный или кирпичный.

Проверено на себе: первый дом - рубленое бревно 8*9 с мансардой, второй - кирпичный 11*16 м два этажа. Сроки работ зависят от выбора технологии и механизации работ - Один этаж два каменщика - полтора месяца край. Бетономешалка. Электрическая кран балка для подьема раствора. Основная стена блок Поротерм 44, лицевая кладка полуторный кирпич. Кирпич и блоки подаются автокраном на перекрытый плитами цоколь. На каждое перекрытие 14 плитами под автокран уходило 6-8 часов в зависимости от мастерства крановщика.

Loved the quality of materials . Love the logical order that each step was made.. Would not be super cheap here in the U.S.A. Loved visiting in your wonderful country.. Auckland is one of the most beautiful places on earth.. Christ Church is where everyone would love to live... So, laid back.. Riding the Trolley in CC was a thrill...A small boy sat beside me .. Discovered his name was the same as mine...(Jack) Sea Cruise to Hobart Tasmania , Back up t Shetland Island. Wellington, and on to Sydney...

Способ сборки просто замечательный при использовании современных инструмен- тов в виде шуруповертов,скоб,сверл,само- резов.Легкие доски не надо ворочать,как бревна,вылупив глаза.Несущие и опорные балки собирают из досок прямо на месте.

A building like that in the States would not be inexpensive, all the big lumber like that is very expensive here.

"Big Lumber" is just incomplete 2x4's. It's cheaper than 2x lumber, unless of course you go to a big box store instead of a mill. The paneling isn't cheap but compared to a; framed, sheathed, and insulated wall it is about the same. The savings is in the time it takes to assemble. There are a couple companies in the US making CLT panels.

If you bought the lumber from a building supply, yes, it would be expensive. If you found a Sawmill locally, not as bad. I've been purchasing White Oak at a very reasonable price, from my local Sawmill. Less than you pay for #1, SPF. Or #3, SPF for that matter.

Please take a closer look. They use glulam almost exclusively. The elements consist of many individual glued boards. So they don't warp and stay straight for a long time

Im not sure its a good idea to be working construction wearing crocs as was one guy 😂 ok homemade ladders, but all the balancing on beams is just wrong, pls get some scaffolding platforms, its just not worth the risk of a serious injury, no complaints from me about the quality of the work though, its solid enough 👏👍

I liked the part where they cut the hip roof in place with a chainsaw. I don’t agree with the furring strips under the roof deck. Why not just sheet the rafters? I like the build, though.
