I totally agree! We got a bunch of 200/500g cakes this last fourth and had a bunch of people watching and when we brought out the 200g ones that just fill the sky everyone was amazed, especially if you light 2 or 3 at the same time lol, and get an angled one going

Instead of taping them in a line, tape it square with the fuse on each corner. Nice show!

Cody, a suggestion for fusing 200g cakes: Instead of taping them together in a straight "row", tape them together into a four-cake square "block" 2x2. (2 cakes wide, 2 cakes deep) Because each cake is on a corner, you can rotate them so the fuse has to burn along two sides of each cake before reaching the fuse, instead of just one side of it. It also uses less TAPE and saves time! ! Do the math: in a 2x2 "block" configuration there are 8 total of cake surfaces to tape across to connect them all. In a straight "row" configuration, you have 10 surfaces to tape across to connect them all; 4 down each side of the row plus the two ends. I also like the added stability of the taped "block" versus the a long skinny "row". Just one of the tricks I've picked up over the years.

Also, putting them in a row like you did at the 4:40 mark, I would turn the third one to have his fuse at the back right, and the fourth final fuse in the front right; looking down from above, would be a hook shape. This puts each cake's ignition fuse 2 box sides form each other, rather than the 2 middle ones being so close. Same result as @nynyabidness' and @markmartinez8000 square suggestions, which I agree with would be more stable. . . . . . . I would also like seeing a backyard firework display maybe even a competition of how to put together a good show while on a budget of like cool and fun but smaller fireworks that people can do in their backyard without drawing tons of attention or noise but show people can still have a good show and fun shopping and lighting them

Hey Cody I don’t think you caught my last comment on the bomba shells, if you look at the sleeves they’re categorized. If I wanted a willow effect I’d grab a red wrap or crackle is black wrap.

Il say this in newhampshier I could get 4to5 200 grams cakes ranging about 13 to 20 bucks individually so basically same thing just not assortment everything going up in prices death shells are 120 . Case of holy nishiki 100 last year was 80 and just spent 130 for Uncle Sam raccoon well worth it.. thanks 4 demo appreciate it!
